Amanda from Stellar Occasions exceeded all my expectations! Having a degree in Event Management I chose to plan my wedding myself, many family members tried to discourage me from hiring a day of coordinator. Although they had my best interest at heart I knew it would be a horrible decision not to. I have also heard from many brides that they would rather save the money or that the catering manger will take care of things. I can not explain how important it is to have a day of coordinator, I have seen many things go very wrong at wedding that do not have one. Amanda goes above and beyond! Her help truly begins the month of the wedding helping with tedious things such as a timeline, or even little things you might not think of. I can not stress how much easier Amanda made my day. I was able to relax, enjoy getting ready, in fact I didn't think about a single thing, because Amanda did all the work that day! Please take this advice from someone who has been in the industry, hire stellar occasions!

Every wedding I coordinate, the excitement causes me to lose sleep the night before and yes, I cry at every wedding. Friends of mine in the industry tell me this will wear off, but that has yet to happen. Wedding Planning is truly my calling.

When I am not planning weddings I enjoy traveling. Last year, I was privileged to be able to visit 4 countries and 7 states. My favorite so far is Italy. That might be biased because I am Italian, but it’s the love and passion that fills the air, aroma of delicious food and fine wine that captured my heart.
