Tiffany was absolutely AMAZING and made planning my wedding such a breeze especially when I was planning a wedding 4,000 miles away from where I live. She was always very professional and patient with me and come the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was exactly the way that I wanted it. She is by far the best venue host I have had the pleasure of working with and when there was a problem, she made sure that it was immediately fixed without hesitation. Her and her entire staff was highly professional and very friendly. The food at the venue was amazing; the food was homemade and delicious and the entire atmosphere made for a very beautiful and unforgettable wedding ceremony and reception. The value we recieved for the cost of the entire wedding ceremony and reception was simply an added bonus as it was very competitive to other venues but the the quality was not compromised one bit. My greatest gratitude to Tiffany and her staff for making my wedding one that surpassed all of my expectations and helped to make my wedding the wedding of my dreams.

I can not say enough good things about Rosedale Gardens Professional Touch Caterers they are phenomenal. I researched many venues and caterers and by far they were the most affordable. We decided to have our ceremony and reception there which made it convenient for everyone. Their food was absolutely scrumptious. They have monthly tasting so I was able to taste a wide array of their selections which made picking out the menu easier in a way but hard also because there were so many yummy dishes. Tiffany was an absolutely wonderful. She was very easy to work with, flexible, and extremely helpful. In fact before the ceremony when our vows needed to be transferred over to notecards she wrote them on the notecards for us, since I was too much a wreck to write them myself.

Clean, plenty of parking, spacious hall, and nice area. Very friendly and professional staff. Would recommend for any event. Food is delicious. Me and my husband loved the owners real down to earth and caring. They were truly a blessing to us..

Hi Tiffany, You and Eric always provide excellent service. Professional Touch was the first place discussed when we were planning Chris and Luann's reception last year. Have always been pleased with service and events attended there. Menu is excellent, great choices...Eric is a wonderful chef. You treated us like family and I like that. I know there is history here ,but still would not think of going anywhere else.

Professional Touch was just that.... very professional! Our wedding ceremony was performed right before the reception, and everything ran smoothly and it was a beautiful day, beautiful event! I sing their praises, and I would most defiinitely call upon them again for another event.

Everything about Professional Touch Caterers was professional. Tiffany and her team were there with us every step of the way and they insured our guests and ourselves had a wonderful, stress free wedding day. When we met with Tiffany to go over our plans, she told us we would not have to worry over anything that we placed them in charge of. It was our wedding, our day, and our party; and she was right. There was NOTHING we worried about regarding the hall and the catering. Tiffany and her husband and their crew took care of it all and we had nothing to worry about. Would I take advantage and use their services again, without a second thought.

Professional Touch Caterers did my wedding and it was incredible. The food was perfect, delicious and very well prepared. The caterers were very professional and there for the bride and groom at all times. You have someone assigned to you the whole night you are there. The food tastings are once a month and if you have something specific you want ask them and they will have it for you. Whatever questions you have they will have an answers for you when you need it. Wedding guest are still talking about the food and services and it's been 4 months. We will never go to another caterer they got our respect and business for many more special times in our life. they were great! we got to taste the foods before hand, and we had a ton of food and they also supply all the lines, silverware and plates, and the cake! great place!

I would recommend Sterling Caterers to anyone. They were prompt, professional, and made everything run smoothly. They even went above and beyond, doing things like opening wine bottles (even though I brought my own and didn't purchase it through them), to helping decorate the tables and move the cake. I had an cocktail reception, and having tasted some of their full "meals" would say that their hors d'oeuvres are one of their strengths. Everything we ordered was delicious - crab dip, bacon-wrapped scallops, stuffed mushrooms, swedish meatballs, cheese, fruit, hummus, grape leaves... Gina was very helpful in getting everything planned, and recommended vendors for other services as well. Best of all, her proposal stayed well within my stated budget. Other caterers I talked to brought back fancy proposals, but exceeded my budget by as much as $1,000. That is an immediate turn-off for me, since, for my wedding, I was trying to make $1 stretch into $100.

We booked our reception at Rosedale Gardens. We wanted a laid back feel with out the fuss. We had several appetizers and a great open buffet. The bar was nice also. They were very accommodating with linen colors and table arrangements.

Sterling Caterers met all my expectations and then some. The food that they served was absolutely delicious. They had everything at the hall for us. They did all the centerpieces for the tables, linens, food, etc. The price was outstanding and so reasonable that we did the open deluxe bar for the guests!!!
