I highly recommend using Still Serenity Photography for any event! Jen is very easy to work with and makes everyone feel comfortable and natural. She took graduation pictures for my son and I am extremely pleased with her work! She is creative, patient, and very professional! The pictures she has taken are amazing and capture magical moments that will last a lifetime!

We really enjoyed having Jen and Jed shoot our engagement photos. We were able to choose the location we wanted at a waterfall up in the mountains, and they were completely flexible with that idea--even hiking the photography equipment up the mountain! They also gave us suggestions of what colors would look best based on what our scenery background was, which helped with the quality of the final product. The shoot was fun and we received our proofs back in less than two weeks! This helped us quickly pick the photos we wanted for our website and invitations. Overall, Still Serenity Photography was a fabulous company to work with and I recommend Jen and Jed to any couple who is looking for a fun, yet professional team to provide creative photos in a timely manner.

Still Serenity Photography is the best!! They did such an amazing job capturing every moment on our special day. Our wedding album is so beautiful and we love showing it to my friends and family. Looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future :)

Still Serenity is an amazing photography company! The pictures that they took are priceless. They are extremely creative in their shots and will work with any requests that you have to capture the essence of your special event. The albums that they can create are beautifully and flawlessly put together. There is no doubt that, when the big day is over, you will cherish the pictures!

STILL SERENITY PHOTOGRAPHY began when Jennifer discovered the beauty in combining her love of photography and connecting with others. She loves being inspired and awed by people, places, and by other photographers. Jennifer was thrilled when she learned of her husband's talent and eye for photography as well. She and Jedidiah now team-shoot together on many occasions, and enjoy finding new ways to create "the perfect image." Still Serenity Photography provides Portrait, Wedding, Maternity/Newborn, Family, and Event services with a variety of product options to showcase your images.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. PERSONAL - We strive to make each shoot a memorable, positive experience. Every detail is specific to YOU! We capture the essence of who you are at your best, bringing out as many aspects of your personality as possible.

2. QUALITY - We guarantee products that are of high, long-lasting quality. If there's a manufacture malfuction, we'll replace it at no charge. We want your memories to last a lifetime, and wouldn't want you to settle for anything but the best.

3. QUANTITY - Our Digital Package Shoots include between 80-250 plus edited images. Wedding shoots will guarantee between 600-1000 plus images. Each image has been hand selected and detailed to perfection (well...in our eyes at least). You will receive plenty of image options to showcase to your family and friends.

4. CREATIVE - The world of art is constantly changing and evolving! We like to approach traditional portrait shots by adding a fresh, unique twist. And we love being abstract, artistic, trying new things, and reinventing ourselves with each new shoot.

5. INVESTMENT - We value our time spent together, and hope you will too. We'll accompany you through wherever life takes you: birthday parties, graduations, your engagement, your wedding, the birth of your baby, family reunions, or even a "just because" shoot.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Contemporary, Photojournalism, Portraiture, Traditional / Posed

What do your packages include?

Albums, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Thank You Cards

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

All images received from Still Serenity Photography will be hand selected and edited. Further editing may be requested by the Client.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

2nd Photographers vary depending on which Package is requested.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Yes, but this is rare and the events will never overlap with one another.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

All of the necessary equipment needed to deliver what has been promised in our Contract.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Pricing depends on the type of event and package ordered.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes. For Portrait shoots, an extra $10 for every extra half hour will be charged. For Weddings, $50 for every extra half hour will be charged.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

For Weddings, Client is responsible for providing meals unless otherwise agreed between Still Serenity Photography and Client.

Do you charge for travel?

Every mile after the first 25 miles round trip from the Still Serenity Photography studio will be an additional $0.25/mile.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Portrait CDs are available between 5-20 business days (excluding holidays). Wedding CDs are available between 25-45 business days (excluding holidays).

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Still Serenity Photography does not offer proofs since Client receives all edited, full resolution digital images.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

N/A

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

All materials used and produced at said event, including, but not limited to, any photographs, film, digital file/negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews are the exclusive property of Still Serenity Photography. Any use and/or disposition of such materials are within the sole control and discretion of Still Serenity Photography. Still Serenity Photography agrees not to use any photo taken at the event without the Client’s consent, except as follows: for use in Still Serenity Photography’s self-promotion, samples, entry into art exhibits or photographic contests, or editorial use. 

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, through the Still Serenity Photography website (Client Viewing) and on Facebook.

What kind of albums do you offer?

TONS! Please contact Still Serenity Photography for details.

When will the client get the final album?

Within 4-6 weeks after Client has approved the album for printing and the order is placed.

Additional Advice

Referral System - Still Serenity Photography has a referral system that rewards you for your referrals! =) Every referral you make that Still Serenity Photography shoots earns you a minimum of 8 FREE WALLETS. For every 3 referrals you make and Still Serenity Photography shoots, you will also be given 1 FREE pack of 25 announcements/cards. For every 5 referrals, 2 packs of 25. You can SAVE anywhere from $30-200 !!!!
