I was honestly disappointed by the services provided by Still Creek. I was initially told that there were so many choices for rentals, particularly of centerpieces. However, when it came time to actually pick the centerpieces, there were only two options that I could choose from. Being that I had to wait until our 3rd meeting to choose, I then had to rush to find an alternative (I ended up finding FRESH centerpieces for LESS than the silk rental ones - and my guests got to take the fresh ones home). We had also ordered table numbers, but the table number holders that were put on our tables were mismatched. I was literally at a party supply store the afternoon before my wedding buying table number holders because my phone call had gone unreturned. I also never received the amount of chair covers that I ordered.
The worst part of my experience was that I was charged for set up and tear down of the chair covers....and I was so angry when I discovered that our VENUE WAITRESSES were actually the ones who took down the covers & sashes!!! I paid for a service that was passed off on someone else.
Looking back, I definitely could have found these rentals for a better cost and received much better service!!! I urge anyone getting married to shop around for better deals!

Carol and all of the employees of StillCreek Inc were absolutely wonderful. Carol was also so helpful in taking our thoughts, ideas, and likes to mold our event into being a true expression of our taste and style. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous; I couldn’t believe how perfect they were. The church and resort also looked beautiful – Carol helped us create a balance with decorations to make everything look elegant but also kept it simple to let the natural beauty of the setting show through. We had so many compliments on everything that Carol had a part in. She also has the experience to let you know what will and will not work with your ideas – and she will tell you (instead of just doing what you ask and knowing it is not going to turn out well!). I was so thankful to have Carol handle all of the details so I was able to relax on my big day. I will definitely hire her for my next big event.

I loved working with Carol! She is a joy!
She provided my beautiful centerpieces, a seating chart, flowers and church decor. Everything was breath taking. She even helped me with a little wedding day emergency, being I forgot to order flowers for the bridesmaids hair. She sent a wonderful staff member with some beautiful silks to my house in a matter of what seems minutes.
I couldn't have been happier! She really helped put my mind at ease, esp when that last few weeks hit. To know that someone is setting up the hall and church is such a relief.
Still Creek is absolutely wonderful!
