The Stony Hill Inn

Overall I was very happy with this location....although I will say that after Bob took a leave of absence things started to go alittle down hill. I wish Bob was there it would have been a 5 all the way then.

The Stony Hill Inn was a wonderful venue for my wedding. I am thrilled everytime I think about the gorgeous reception that we had there. Bob, the manager with whom we worked, was fabulous. He was responsive, on top of all of the details, and kept us laughing even through the stressful points of planning.The service and food were phenomenal. My father commented that only once has he been to a venue that had such phenomenal service...and that was at The Pierre in NYC. Glasses were constantly filled, food was delicious and served hot, and all of our and our guests' needs were met. Finally, the venue is gorgeous. The Crystal Room and The Ballroom looked splendid and it was so special to have our reception at this historic site. Many venues give the feeling of being "wedding factories" with up to four weddings going on at once. Only one wedding happens at a time at The Stony Hill Inn and the charm and history of the place add a special touch to the wedding.

We are going to have the ceremony and the reception at the Stony Hill Inn. I'm so excited. Everyone tells me that the place is wonderful and the food is terrific. I hope all our guests will have a day to remember.

Very elegant without being gaudy. 1 wedding at a time and they give you use of three rooms (pre-reception, cocktail hour, and banquet) as well as a private bridal suite and conference room area for the bridal party to hang out. The food is delicious with a LOT of unique options, more than just regular fare! I looked at a lot of places but when I came here I wasn't going anywhere else!

Stony Hill Inn is beautiful!!! If you take Route 80 in the nights they have their light on. If you have an evening event your guest will love the lights. The Gazebo adds a nice touch. The staff is wonderful they cater to your ever need. I think they have about 4 different room for various size wedding. The chef will work with your menu, they have your typical italian menu. Their garden add a lovely touch to the atmosphere. It was even seen on Tv either Vh1 or Mtv don't remember but its worth every penny of it. They even have a "princess room" for the bride and bridesmaid to change or rest in. (not painted pink)

I am having my reception at Stony Hill Inn but they also have a great gazebo outside where they do weddings. If I wasn't having my wedding at my church I'd do it here because I'm so happy with how helpful they are with the reception! So even though I'm not having my ceremony there I would still recommend it!

The Stony Hill Inn far exceeded my husband and my expectations. When we booked our wedding, we knew it would be exquisitely done, with wonderful food, and impeccable service. But our wedding day was so far above and beyond that. Everything was perfect, and there was someone attending not only to our every need, but to that of our parents as well. We received numerous comments from our guests that they stuffed themselves at the elaborate cocktail hour thinking that was dinner, and they were amazed at the sit down dinner after. We will be recommending the Stony Hill Inn VERY highly to everyone we know. We can't wait to go back for dinner to celebrate our 1st anniversary.
