My first interaction with Studio Nouveau was when they photographed one of my best friend's weddings where I was a bridesmaid - and they were AH-MAZING. So fun, flexible and really got in there to guarantee the best shots. They also did a boudoir photo-shoot as my friend's groom's gift and I knew right away I needed to do one for my wedding a few months later. Not only were they super fun, accommodating, friendly AND professional during the shoot, they also hustled to make sure I would get my album in time for my wedding! My *now* husband is BEYOND thrilled with the album - he had no idea I had gone to get this done. Best decision I have ever made was going to Studio Nouveau - thanks again Lara & Kate!! You girls ROCK!!!

I recently participated in a Boudoir Marathon shoot with Kate and Lara, it was awesome! I was a bit nervous and unsure about doing it, however they immediately put me at ease. I was laughing and having fun in no time. I am also involved in the wedding industry so I work with photographers all the time and see their work product, these ladies are so fun to work with AND they are incredible at capturing gorgeous images. I highly recommend them!

Studio Nouveau is beyond amazing. I recently signed up for their boudoir marathon and was so incredibly nervous. Within 10 minutes of being in their presence, I forgot about all my inhibitions. Even without the photographs at the end, the experience with them; the way we laughed and how they made me feel, was absolutely incredible. The beautiful images were the added bonus.

I cannot say enough how happy my husband and I are with everything that Studio Nouveau did for us. Lara and Kate were professional, flexible, understanding and invisible on the day of our wedding. Our pictures came out unbelievable, we don't even know how to pick our favorites! Every picture was beautiful in it's own way and they went above and beyond putting together a beautiful slideshow for us, capturing the fairy tale feel of the day perfectly. If anyone is on the fence about who to pick for a photographer, I say Studio Nouveau, hands down.

I hope one day we'll be able to use them again (maybe you guys will consider branching out and doing baby/ newborn pictures?!) Lara and Kate are the type of women you meet and instantly want to become friends with, that they got to spend our big day with us is an honor. Andy and I are delighted with how everything turned out and we have some tough choices ahead of us! I know that these two wonderful women will be a part of our lives for a very long time to come.

The ladies at Studio Nouveau are amazing. I cannot say this enough. From their style to their personality to their to-cute-to-be-true slideshows…they are awesome! When you see the pricing, you may think it isn’t worth it, but let me say this: when you are old and grey, what else will you have to remember your wedding except for the photos. Hire this studio. I splurged on their services and saved elsewhere. Well worth it!

Lara and Kate were so much more to my husband and I than wedding photographers. To this day I can't get through our pictures without tears in my eyes. These ladies have SKILLZ. Our bridal party loved them, keeping everyone laughing nonstop. Kate risked life and limb when our transportation stranded us in a park, piling into a good samaritan’s VW van with six bridesmaids, a groomsman (for safety) and a dog. If that’s not above and beyond the call of duty, I don’t know what is. We're so incredibly grateful to have connected with Lara, Kate and all the wonderful associates at Studio Nouveau. We so look forward to reconnecting with them when it's time for our family to grow and capturing all of life's beautiful moments.

Absolutely amazing wedding photography duo! Love them! You can tell that Lara and Kate fully love what they do and enjoy photographing weddings and couples. They are fantastically gifted, professional, and timely in responding to requests/emails/etc. It is seriously impressive how many different types of shots they deliver. Laura and Kate are the most fun to have at your wedding. If you are looking for someone to tell your story, these two are your people. They are artistic, real, and capture the moments perfectly. Our guests loved them, but more importantly, they didn't stress us out and we had full confidence in them. also unlike many photographers, they don't make you choose only 200 images, you get every image they take so you get the whole picture of the wedding... literally. Likewise, we had a hard time finding people who could accurately get a multi-cultural couple and family captured with the right light, etc. Lara and Kate were perfect and will pretty much do anything to get the shot... literally!

Lara and Kate were an amazingly important component of our day. We fell in love with them over our first meeting and really can't imagine the same wedding day without their smiles, their personalities, the million laughs we had with them, and their calm professionalism with all details. I felt like I could ask them anything wedding and I would trust their answer. Paul and I want to spend many more afternoons with them taking pictures or just laughing over a cocktail. We love them and recommend them with every last inch. I have already sent their name to my best friend getting married next september!
Oh yea, and the pictures! It's like we can taste the happiness that we felt that day every time we look at our photos.

Kate & Lara's Studio Nouveau came up on a long list of Boston wedding photographers when my husband and I started looking for someone to take photos for our wedding in September. The second I saw their website, I HAD to talk to them. They were even more wonderful than I had imagined. They were so easy to work with, they kept me on track when I got lost with the wedding planning process, and they created gorgeous photos!

During the ceremony, they didn't disrupt anything. They were incredibly professional and quiet! When we got to our reception, I had trouble with my bustle. They jumped right in and fixed it for me! They were so much fun to work with during the photo session after the ceremony. They make you feel totally at ease the entire time!

I can't imagine having any other wedding photographers. They helped make it the best day of my life!

Kate and Lara are some of the most fun, talented artists I've ever met. I say "artist" because they do so much more than take pictures. I was able to work with them on a few photo-shoots over the last 18 months and each one was a unique but positive experience. They are so professional, but always fun-loving. The fact that they love what they do shows and makes for a relaxed environment in which it is easy to look and feel your best. They manage to fine the most natural and, therefore, the best looking you and capture that moment.

I love their quirky, candid style as it makes for truly memorable pictures. Nothing ever feels stiff or posed, keeping you relaxed and in the moment.

At the wedding itself, they not only took photos, but pitched in with things like my dress bustle, my veil, all sorts of things that were way above and beyond the call of duty. They handled my large, diverse wedding party (include 4 children ages 5 and under) with charm, grace and fun! I would have them at any and every event I ever do in my life.

I cannot say enough good things about these two or their work. They were the only photographers I interviewed and I have absolutely no regrets at all.

From my first email correspondence to Studio Nouveau, I had a feeling. When my fiancé and I actually got to meet Lara & Kate, I knew it was meant to be. Their portfolio was amazing – and no two weddings were the same. In each different wedding album, you could see the personality of each bride and groom and the special moments they shared. We knew at that moment we had found our photographers. I won’t lie, my now husband is extremely picky when it comes to photos and I knew it would be a difficult task for any photographer to work with my divo, but Lara and Kate managed him like a pro. These ladies go to leaps and bounds to get that special shot, but are never intrusive or interrupt your special moments. We could’ve taken our couple photos with them all night – the love of what they do and fun approach put us both at ease and completely trust them. When I saw my wedding photos for the first time, thru an amazing slide show L&K made for us to share with our friends and family it brought me to tears. Amazing!! Love these ladies... cool relaxed and there to make you smile, these girls have the best attitude and real knowledge to get the perfect shot eveytime without you even realizing it!. Will use them for sure when we have kids as well!!

Lara and Kate are too good to be true. Their photography skills are out of this world and they are so fun and easy to get along with. Their package included an engagement shoot, which was SO FUN and such a great experience for my husband and I. The pictures were insane good, and they made such a wonderful video of all of our pics that we were able to send to all our friends and family. They were so easy to work with, and we can not wait to see the final products!!!

Lara and Kate are amazing and that is all there is to it. They are so fun and I instantly felt at ease with them, and I am someone who is not comfortable in front of the camera. They had my bridal party laughing and feeling completely natural.
