We loved the pictures. They were everything that we wanted and more. The photographers were very friendly and they made the experience of posing for the pictures lots of fun and comfortable. We highly recommend them.

We couldn't thank Frances enough for her talented hard work. It was truly nice having her present on our special day, the stunningly beautiful pictures were an extra present and will make our memories truly beautiful.

Fran at Studio38 did such a wonderful job photographing one of my events last week. It was a CD Release Party for a local artist. She got great action shots of the artist singing, in addition to the little details that went into the event (the food, the CD's wrapped with ribbon, etc.). Fran was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire event. I will definitely use her again soon.

Is your media preference film or digital?

I work with digital technologies to provide the best product.

How many photographers do you work with?

I work with 1 assistant.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes. When you schedule with Studio38 Photography you are guaranteed to have me as your photographer along with an assistant.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

In order to provide you with all of my time and attention to details I shoot one event per weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

In case of an extreme emergency I have a large network of professional photographers to call on.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

No scheduled breaks - only a few minutes to grab a bite to eat while the bride and groom are eating. With two photographers, someone is always shooting.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Online viewing is available within 7 days of your wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online viewing for proofs. Printed and bound proof books are available if requested.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Printed proofs are yours to keep forever. Additional charges may apply.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
