Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We create unique fine art images with different photographic techniques, including but not limited to Infrared, Perl Black and White, Sepia tone, Fashion Tint, and Canvas print.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We shot in all types of environment, from bright sunny outdoor setting to complete dark.venue with only a few candle lights. We are as creative as the available light we're working with.

Is your media preference film or digital?
Completely Digital. It gives us the advantage of immediate feedback and on-location processing when needed.

How many photographers do you work with?
Anywhere from two to four photographers.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely! We have never missed a wedding

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never more than one a day! When you hire us, we are 100% dedicated to you on your wedding date.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have two primary photographer teams available at any given time and an extensive network of other photograhers that we can call on when needed.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the event date?
4 Cameras, minimum 2 lenses each, four flashes, and a pack load of batteries and memory cards.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Most definitely! Wouldn't leave home without the back-ups-everything from camera, to flash, battery and memory cards.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have both unlimited package and custom hourly package that we create to meet your exact need.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
For event more than 5 hours long, we need to recharge and get fed so we can give our 110%.

Do you charge for travel?
Only if its 60 miles outside of 77479 (southwest Houston). There is a mileage fee for local event. Destination wedding will have a different fee depending on the location.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We take three weeks to perfect your slideshow that will knock your socks off. All proofs will be made available one week after.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Your multi-media slideshow will be created from our favorite picks. Then all image proof from our online gallery will be made accessible to you via a link. You can also request a copy of 4x6 proof on a CD.

How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever!

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
You will be given a shared copyright of the images so you can print and use them all you want.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. We like to brag about how stunningly beautiful our clients looked.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Absolutely!

Will images be available for viewing online?
Definitely. The online gallery is a great way for family and friends to view and order prints.

What kind of albums do you offer?
State of the art flush-mount albums and fashion coffee table books. Our award winnig graphic designers make sure your album is one of a kind.

When will the client get the final album?
Once we have your image selection, the design proof will be ready in 4 weeks. The final album product will be ready in another 4 weeks.
