Style|On Location is proud to offer a complimentary consultation and trial to any potential client. No commitment is necessary!
Do you specialize in textured hair?
Style | On Location is very well-skilled with all hair types and textures. We do offer a complimentary consultation and trial to all potential clients, and recommend that if you have a styling difficulty, we arrange a free trial session to ensure we are able to give you the gorgeous style you deserve!
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Style | On Location does not provide standard airbrushing service, however we do have a foundation technique that gives a very similar, flawlessly airbrushed result. We invite you to set up a free consultation and trial if you are interested!
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Absolutely! The entire idea of Style | On Location is that we come to YOU! Our service is designed to minimize stress on your big day, by working around your schedule and your location. There is no fee within twenty miles of Los Angeles, with a small fee for every additional ten miles travelled. We're happy to give you an estimate for travel cost if your wedding is far outside the LA city limits.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We are able to accomodate different size parties depending on the amount and types of services needed. We do offer discounts on parties with four people or more. There is an additional Mother of The Bride and Mother in Law discount!
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Clients should arrange their complimentary consultation and trial three to four months before their wedding date, and be sure to verify our availability for their wedding date when setting up the trial.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 10% payment at the time of contract signing to hold their date / appointment and this is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the big day!
