I was lucky to find Erin through an ad that I placed on craigslist, and it was a relief after a dozen of silly replies directing me to the local Safetway. Erin is absolutely professional, flexible and her work is to die for. For my wedding I needed a custom-made cake with a special recipe from my country that is traditional for weddings. Erin was able to execute my amateurish and labor-intensive recipe into a delicious concoction for 100 people that was a highlight of my wedding reception. At one point my new husband was making rounds without me, and afterwards informed me that I now "have to make" that cake for at least seven people - that's how many wanted the recipe and another helping of cake. Erin's prices are also extremely reasonable for a professional patisseur. In short, I would recommend her work without any reservation to anyone, whether you need a typical wedding cake or your custom creation. She was my favorite vendor in my entire wedding production.

**Due to many outdoor weddings in the area we also specialize in a "fake cake". This is a regular tiered cake that has one real tier for the bride and groom to cut during the ceremony. These cake hold up better in summer heat. We can then serve a variety of things in place of the cake: cupcakes, sheet cake or a variety of desserts.
