We accept all major credit and debit cards.
WHERE WILL MY FLOWERS BE COMING FROM?
Your flowers will come from the prime flower growing regions of Central and South America. Columbia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru and Chile.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT I MUST PURCHASE?
There is a one box minimum. You will find the amounts in the price list.
DO PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING?
Prices include delivery within the continental United States. Delivery to Hawaii & Alaska is available for an additional cost. Prices listed are year round average prices and may vary depending on the season. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remainder due at the time of delivery.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Shortly after you place your order we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. You will be able to track your order to your doorstep or airport if you want to save even more.
HOW ARE THE FLOWERS SHIPPED?
Your order can either be FedExed to your door, or for added savings, orders may be picked up at your nearest airport.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY FLOWER ORDER?
Yes, if using our direct to the door option, someone will need to be present to sign for the shipment.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY FLOWERS?
You may order as little as 7 days in advance. For example, order Monday and your flowers will arrive on Monday. For quantity orders and our full selection, please order 14 days in advance.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
Your flowers will need to be prepped. Please see our “How to Care” page for detailed instructions on all flowers. Or give us a call and we will walk you through it.
CAN I BE SPECIFIC WITH VARIETIES AND NAMES OF FLOWERS?
At SunGlow Flowers, we welcome special orders. If you are interested in a flower that is not listed, please contact us to discuss availability and cost. By sourcing our products globally, we are able to offer virtually any flower or variety as long as it's in season. We source our flowers from countries in the southern
hemisphere, which means we can provide spring flowers in the fall. So having Tulips for your October wedding is a possibility! We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but all we can guarantee is the color. No surprises! We will communicate with you personally on any substitutions.
CAN I ORDER LESS THAN FULL BOX MINIMUMS?
Yes. We also offer a one bunch minimum mixed box program of the flowers of your choice from our www.californblooming.com site. (under construction) Please call 888-591-7122 for ordering. The flowers by the bunch program are all sourced from the prime flower growing regions of California. The only requirement is one full box minimum. Californias standard boxes used are sized 1/4, 1/2 and full box. Please call for quantity information on the box sizes as each type of flower takes up different space. Prices do not include Fed Ex to your door, Fed Ex pick up or Airport Cargo pickup. Shipping prices will be calculated when your order is completed.
