Supreme Limousine

I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a limo. We made all the arrangements, including the details, date, time and my credit card #. The limo never showed up!! I called right away, and was in tears when I was told they had no record of my booking, could not help me, and there was no limo coming. The night was ruined. I called later to speak to the manager, expecting a profuse apology, an explanation as to what happened, and sincere attempts to try to make it right. Instead, I was treated HORRIBLY. I couldn't believe it. I was told there was no managers, as they were all "out of town", I was lied to and told there was no one there by the name of the man who I booked the limo with, I was told they would call the police if I tried to call back to speak to the manager, and then I was hung up on! So not only did they completely fail in their promise to deliver the limo ride, but they made matters way worse when they treated me so horrendously. I have never posted a complaint before, but the company ignored my letter and ignored my better business bureau complaint, so clearly they are not interested in providing good customer service and making things right when they screw up. So I just want to warn anyone out there looking for a limo rental, to stay away from this horrible, unethical company!!
