Sweet Caroline's Cakes

Amazing cake! We tried many different cake vendors, and we HAD to go with Sweet Caroline's after tasting Kimberley's cakes. Our guests loved the cake, and she made it look exactly like we had envisioned! We could not have been happier with our cake on our wedding day and HIGHLY recommend Sweet Caroline's.

What can I say about these cakes. They are the best cakes I've ever tried anywhere for anything. Kimberley has a licensed kitchen and works out of her home, so I was a bit worried for the first meeting. But the free tasting was amazing and she had four sample flavors to try. They were all superb. The red velvet cake taste so much better than any other I've ever had. The fondant was delicious and tasted of marshmallows.I tried a few other bakeries in town and realized quickly there was no comparison in terms of flavor. My only 4.0 for responsiveness was that she is very busy and sometimes I felt like it was hard to coordinate communication. But I wouldn't consider it enough to say it was really a complaint. She arrived on time at the venue and added the cake topper. It was the most precious beautiful cake ever. I did go for a simple design of swiss dots w/ ribbon.

Delicious and beautiful are the two words, which described our cake. Kimberley did an amazing job. She was able to listen to our vision and make it a reality. It is not all the time that you find a perfect combination of beauty and deliciousness, but they have figured it out. Thank you for making our wedding cake and day so special!!!

Kimberley did an amazing job on our wedding and grooms cakes. They were exactly what I envisioned and more. They were beautiful, but incredibly delicious. People kept telling me they don't usually eat the cake at weddings, but fell in love with mine. Our wedding cake was grand marnier with stawberries and cream the grooms cake was a decadent chocolate with ganache and strawberries.

Kimberley is an artist who can really take any design and make it into a beautiful cake. I would recommend Sweet Carolines to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Sweet Caroline's Cakes was amazing! I tasted the cake twice, once at Naylor Hall (this cake vendor is part of the package); and once with my husband at the owner's house. Both my husband and I loved the cake. In our 3 tier cake, two layers were black tie (which is 3 different chocolates) and one layer was strawberry grand mariner. The cake was so moist and delicious. The design was also very nice. I think Kimberley could do almost any design you asked for. I looked through tons of magazines and picked designs I liked, and she incorporated all the designs into one - and drew a picture right there for me to see what she was picturing, and what it would look like. She was really easy to work with and the cake looked beautiful. The only thing we had a tough time with was getting our schedules to match up so we could do a cake tasting. She is really busy, and I travel a lot with work, so that was kind of tough. But we made it happen, and it was well worth the wait.

Kimberley Radwick with Sweet Caroline's Cakes did a phenomenal job for us!! The wedding cake was so much prettier than I even imagined! And we gave her a huge challenge for the groom's cake. She went above and beyond and made us an apache helicopter that looks exactly like a real one... it even had a spinning rotor!! We appreciate her hard work and she was so pleasant to work with. Her pricing is awesome... oh and the cakes tasted homemade!!!

We knew we had found the person that was going to make our wedding cake from our first bite during the tasting. Kimberly's cakes are not only the best wedding cake I have ever had, but the best cake bar none. Kimberly also was able to create an item she had never done before for our grooms cake because that was my husband's request and they also turned out amazing. Not only did the cake taste great, but it was beautiful too! It was everything I was hoping for and more. I can't wait to eat the top on our 1 year anniversary!

Kimberley was great and her cake is AWESOME!! She even let us come out twice so my husband could also taste the cake. I highly recommend.

The cake tasting was one of my favorite parts of planning. Sweet Carolines offered us lots of options for flavors and fillings and they weren't stingy with the sample sizes. We had a great time at our appointment with them and everything was exactly right on the day of our wedding.

We really procrastinated in this area, and were fortunate to find Sweet Caroline's Cakes. With only a few weeks to go, she custom designed a beautiful 'castle' groomscake for my husband and made this fabulous 3 tier filigree bridal cake. They were gorgeous and delicious!She is really talented and has a great book of previous work to choose from. She is also really creative with custom creations.

Most Wedding Cakes are beautiful and they taste ok! This cake was georgeous and delicious...the best of both! I highly recommend using Sweet Caroline's!
