1. Do you charge for your consultations? Your initial consultation is free to the Bride and Groom, see What to expect at your consultation. 2. What to expect at your consultation. At a consultation you will sample several of our most popular selections. The initial consultation will last up to 1 hour and is free for the Bride and Groom. There is a $15 charge for each additional person. Bring any photograph or drawing of a cake that you are interested in to your consultation. You will be able to view several cake photos and we will also be able to help you to design the cake of your dreams. At the consultation we will be able to price your cake. 3. Do you offer Groom’s cakes? Yes, we can custom design a cake based on a theme, sports, or we offer traditional Groom’s cakes option. 4. How soon before my wedding do I need to order my cake? Generally, you should book your cake 6-12 months before your date. We strongly urge our clients to come in for a consultation and place a deposit to lock in their date. This will ensure that you have the cake of your dreams for your Wedding. However, we do our best to accommodate last minute orders. 5. What is required to book my cake for my Wedding day? You are required to place a 50% deposit to book your cake for your special day. 6. How much will my cake cost? Several factors figure in the price of your cake. Your final price is based on the flavor and filling selected, design, number of servings, and delivery location. At your consultation we will be able to give you a price on your cake order. 7. Are there any additional charges? Any additional charges will be discussed at your consultation. We do charge a re-instatement fee of $50 for all cakes that are not paid in full by the specified due date. 8. When is the balance due on my Wedding cake? Your balance is due 3 weeks before your date. 9. I would like fresh flowers on my cake, is this possible? Yes, your florist will provide the flowers and we can place them on the cake. There is a fee for this service this will be discussed at your consultation
10. What if I decide to cancel my Wedding cake? If services must be cancelled after contract agreement has been signed, deposits or paid amounts remain nonrefundable, but the client is not entitled to fulfill any additional payments of balances.

11. Will I be able to make changes to my order? Changes to an existing order: design, flavor, or filling etc. will be accepted until 3 weeks prior to the wedding. If using sugar flowers, we can accept changes up to 5 weeks before the wedding. 12. Is Delivery available? Delivery starts at $50.
