After sitting down with several different wedding planners I finally met Abby, and knew right away that she got me, she got us and she got what we wanted our wedding to be about. Abby and Megan were fantastic to work with. We hired them as day of coordinators for our wedding because we were getting married at home and desperately needed someone to organize our special day. They were so helpful and had great ideas! We were so lucky to find them! I'm so thankful that they were a part of our special day, it wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without them!

The Sweet Pea Events Team was PHENOMENAL!! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Throughout the planning process, they provided me with great recommendations and advice. They kept the day/evening-of moving right along, worked well with all of my vendors, and my whole family loved them. Having worked in the wedding industry, I have to say that I honestly don't have one critique. They are reliable and personable, and have a great reputation. Book them, you won't regret it!!

Abby was my day of coordinator, and she did such a wonderful job. She was there for me when ever I had any questions along the way, and answered all my questions promptly. The day of she was invaluable. She did so much set up and kept all the vendors on time. Before I got there apparently they only delivered one cake, but I had ordered two and she was right there with the paperwork to make sure that they got that second one there. She was right there to make sure they had enough chairs out and to make sure everyone walked down the aisle at the right time. Everything went so smoothly. It was wonderful no one in my family had to lift a finger for anything. She is worth so much more than we paid.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Megan at Sweet Pea! She was with me throughout the entire wedding process and I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without her. She knew how stressed out I was and she would call just to check on me and see if there was anything I needed. The owner of our venue was extremely difficult to work with and Megan and Sarah (her assistant) ensured that our day went off without a hitch! The day of the wedding the owner of the venue did not have jars as promised to set up our candy bar so Megan let us use hers. She was so organized, detailed, and prepared every step of the way. She was there to answer any questions, ease my concerns, and calm me down. Sweet Pea went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we had the wedding of our dreams!!

Abby and Megan of Sweet Pea events are phenomenal! My fiance and I were toying with the idea of having a day of coordinator and I am so glad we chose to. We met with a few wedding planning companies, but Abby and Megan stood out. They are organized and professional, while being creative and fun. I had so many questions that they took the time to answer quickly. The day of my wedding ran so smoothly that I was pretty much calm and collected the entire night and I was able to enjoy my new husband and my guests without stressing. Although our vendors were very professional in themselves, I thought that Abby and Megan were able to increase communication and make the wedding even that much more amazing.

Abby and Megan were OUT OF THIS WORLD. They worked so closely with us on the wedding. They are definitely worth the time and money. Their personalities are perfect for this industry. Abby and Megan are AMAZING! I was getting married in Orlando but I live in Dnever and they helped me stay organized and handle all the vendors long distance. For the rehersal they were on top of every detail and it was so nice to be able to relax and know they had everything under control. The day of my wedding went better than i could have ever imagined. They were simply amazing and I couldnt have had the wedding I did without them. I cant thank them enough for creating such a perfect day for me and my husband :)

We hired the Day-Of-Coordination services of Sweet Pea Events for my sisters Wedding a few weeks ago and we are SOOO pleased with their service.

My sister and I are VERY picky people and planing her wedding was a great honor for me. From our initial meeting with Abby, to our wedding day, Sweet Pea Events and our Coordinators Abby Cohen and Megan Haw were absolutely wonderful. They are very detailed oriented and had a very thorough and accurate timeline of our day. Everything they did was done meticulously and with enthusiasm. Their packages were very cost effective yet their service exceeded our every expectation. My wife works in the event industry and came away impressed with how well everything was executed and could not have been happier with their exceptional service..

The two coordinators split up with one staying at the reception space to supervise set up and the other coming to the church and coordinating pictures and video and then transportation to the reception space. This was a wonderful strategy as everything kept moving smoothly at the church and with the pictures afterward and when we arrived to the reception it was absolutely perfect. Abby and Megan were able to handle all issues without needing to speak to us and only would check with us on things that needed approval, such as extending the videographers. I would not hesitate to say their operation was flawless.

I would strongly recommend you take a close look at what Sweet Pea Events has to offer. Their attention to detail, extremely friendly demeanor and valuable packages make them an excellent choice to be your wedding coordinators. I hired Abby for partial planning and day of for my wedding. She was on top of everything, setting up appointments, communicating with vendors, and sending me email updates. For the rehearsal and day of Abby and Megan were WONDERFUL! They made sure we were on schedule and rolled with the punches when I got overheated in my dress. They made sure the party continued and our guests had fun. Before the wedding they set up my candy buffet and pumpkin patch perfectly! My husband and I would totally recommend Sweet Pea Events to our friends. Thanks again ladies for making my day special!

Abby became my wedding coordinator at the last minute--as in, the day before the wedding--and basically saved my life! I needed help running my rehearsal, since my officiant opted not to be there (this was evidently part of his shtick) and she came in and completely organized everyone. She then took down the names and numbers of all of my vendors to call them the next morning and make sure they were on track. She also coordinated with my DJ and the restaurant event manager to make sure everyone was in place and everything ran smoothly. Imagine what she would have done had she been working with me through the whole process! Abby is classy and professional, and she seriously gets down to business. I couldn't have done it without her!!

Abby and her assistant Sarah did a terrific job with day of coordination for my wedding. I really felt like Abby went above and beyond was she was contracted to do prior to the wedding as well. She helped me remember important details ( i.e. We had a wine vow in our ceremony but I hadn't arranged for wine or a table with my caterer yet) and she helped my fiancé arrange some special surprises for me as well.
