Our decor was incredible for our ceremony! Cindy worked with me about every detail of the decorations and sent me pictures along the way! I really didn't know what I wanted, I put all of my trust in her and she did such an amazing job! Her husband and daughter set up the decorations that day an they were so great! They patiently waited for us to take as many pictures under the arbor that we wanted. I can't wait to get the pictures back and post them! Just saying how gorgeous it was doesn't even begin to explain it- you'd have to see for yourself! Thank you so much ! My wedding was so perfect!

The entire setup, including arbor and benches, was absolutely gorgeous. Cindy was responsive and communicative over email, working with me when changes occurred. We got TONS of compliments about how beautiful everything looked, and we couldn't have been happier overall.

My lovely new wife, Jennifer and I thought the bammboo arbor by Cindy and Sweetwater was the coolest thing. Looking at it made me feel like I was back in Tahiti again! Standing under it brought back awesome memories from there with my then-girlfriend, Jenn! Perfect for our wedding! Was digging the decorations on it, white drapes flowing in the breeze, the cool little details with seashells and all. Jenn says Cindy matched her colors perfectly. And we agreed that the white benches made it all look more unique and fun...like at a hometown ballgame or something! Working with Sweetwater was great. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Cindy and her company, Sweet Water Bamboo are very awesome. She contacted me a lot regarding to my ceremony. She wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for for my dream ceremony on the beach. For example, my wedding was in July, Cindy and I already had a decision for our color of the flowers and curtains in May. But something happened and I had to change my color theme to something else. Cindy was able to switch and add the color in the theme for me without giving me any difficulty. She also suggested me other information even though it was not related to her service.
The way I look at her is like a perfect wedding planner, not only a rental vendor.
I would totally recommend Cindy and her Sweet Water Bamboo.

I wish I could mark this higher than just 5 stars! Our arbor, decorations, benches and everything were beyond lovely! We were so impressed with the arbor, the service, the attention to details. Our guests thought it was very cool and took lots of pictures of it. Made us feel like we were in paradise islands... got more bang for our buck than expected! Sweetwater is an awesome wedding service and we LOVE their work... kudos to Cindy and her husband! Recommending them to all my sisters, friends, and cousins. Sweetwater will do you right!

We LOVED our arbor and benches we got from Sweetwater and Cindy Zackman! We felt so special! OMG, it was the prettiest thing we've ever seen and our family and friends loved it too! They were so amazed too! Me and my mom were especially impresed with the details--all the flowers, ribbons, perfect colors, sand raking and MORE. Everybody stepped back and said WOW! Cindy was so helpful and kind....even when other ppl were behind, Cindy had our backs! We got way more service and product than we paid for ... WAY more. I so appreciate her hard work and BEAUTIFUL bamboo arbor. Hire them now if you wanna feel totally special too! This is the way to go on the beach wedding!

There is SO much wonderful to say about these amazing, talented people. They made my wedding VERY special! What a blessing to have them! My arbor was beyond beautiful, it was flowing, soaring, lifesize sculpture on the beach! Our guests were in sheer awe and kept talking about it, the set up and extensive sand grooming was just lovely, the attention to detail was fantastic! Flowers, drapes, bamboo, aisle decorations, little seashells and lovely blossoms and ribbons... it was just GORGEOUS! Amazing!! And they stayed in contact with me the whole way... texts, emails, phone when close to "go" time. I even changed my wedding time plus my planner person was behind, and Sweetwater STILL put up a gorgeous arbor, with the chairs I added last-minute, in a professional and timely manner. They were so sweet to me, I LOVE Sweetwater Bamboo and Cindy Zackman! And they did 10x the work I paid for, we got WAY more than we paid for in their services. We felt spoiled and truly cared for... Cindy was angel and the arbor and set ups were beautiful beyond words. HIGHLY recommend them!

If I could give Cindy and SWEETWATER BAMBOO ARBORS a higher rating than 5 I would. Not only was the arbor gorgeous it was more than I could have asked or imagined, I cried when I saw it. (As did my husband but don't tell him I said so). Cindy was a dream she went so far above and beyond helping me with everything. She should be an event planner and designer. I cannot possibly say anythng to prove how wonderful she is and you should use her and see for yourself!

We used Sweetwater Bamboo for our beach wedding and I couldn't be more pleased. I had to plan a wedding myself and from out of town and was extremely worried about everything coming together as I had imagined. Cindy was extremely easy to work with and willing to do anything to make your day special. Having a wedding on the beach is a perfect scenery for your wedding but adding the services of Sweetwater Bamboo made it absolutely amazing. I was extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone!

Cindy and Lou were amazing. Our wedding was last minute on Camp LeJeune base Onslow beach and they worked around us. My bouquet was so beautiful which Cindy organised, I didn't even have to worry about a florist! She was pretty much like my wedding planner. My husband and I could not thank you both enough for making our day that little bit more easier and certainly special..
Cost was well within our budget for a setting that looked a million dollars..

They were so easy to work with ! We planned our wedding from Memphis and Cindy kept in constant contact with us, even through all my silly questions :) We loved our arbor on the day and it turned out so beautiful - exceeded our expectations to say the least. We got so many compliments from our guests and friends that saw the pictures. Cindy and her her husband are THE BEST!!

I am the mother-in-law of the bride and we were very pleased with Sweetwater Bamboo Wedding Arbor Design and Rentals. When planning an out-of-town beach wedding you pray and cross your fingers that everything goes as planned. Cindy and her family did just that...the wedding ceremony was beautiful. I was impressed with the immediate contact Cindy provided. She stayed in contact with us from beginning until end coordinating our rental requests. The bamboo arbor, flowing curtains, white chairs and of course, her personal accents with the flowers and other decor were breathtaking. I highly recommend this company.

Cindy is one of the easiest people to recommend ever. My wife and I got married on short-notice and just kind of rushed to organize what we wanted. Cindy put together the perfect arbor, chairs, tables, etc. basically everything but the food, the rings, and a minister. And it was EXACTLY what we had pictured in our minds! She was accommodating of unusual conditions and a tight time-schedule. Very responsive to communication; on-time. She and her husband are great people, too. Pleasant to be around, and they also understood their professional responsibilities and executed them flawlessly. As we wanted, my wife and I told them what we wanted and they did it - we didn't have to worry about a thing!

Cindy was the greatest person to work with..if there was 100 stars for flexibility I would give it to them! We were supposed to get married April 16th but due to weather had to move it at the last minute! They did all they could and got there with little notice, set up and it was beautiful!! The wedding chuppah that I rented really made my pictures and I got so many compliments on it. I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor to a friend or anyone!! They were super nice people!

Even though the bride and groom did not get to have their wedding on the beach as planned, Sweetwater Bamboo did an amazing job of bringing the beach feel to our ballroom!
