Tangles Hair Studio

I am so glad Tangles was a part of my wedding day, I couldn't imagine anyone else! From the time me and my bridal party of 8 walked in until the time we left, the atmosphere and the stylists made everyone feel so comfortable, I felt like they were just as excited to be a part of my day than I was! Our hair was gorgeous and the makeup was flawless, we got compliments all day long! We were taken right at our appointment times and stayed right on schedule. I felt so relaxed and the whole salon was pretty much booked out for my wedding party so there was lots of girl talk and plenty of laughs while we were all getting ready, it was definitely fun, relaxing and no stress! I think every girl dreams of having a fairytale wedding and with all their talent and awesome work, I definitely felt like I was living my happily ever after on my wedding day! I cant say enough good things about Tangles and their team but thank you! thank you! thank you! :)

My bridesmaids and I got our hair done at Tangles for my wedding and I will start on a positive note by saying that they did a great job on everyone's hair - each bridesmaid looked great and I suppose that is ultimately the most important thing.

That being said, I was VERY disappointed with their customer service. After a miscommunication with regards to when I needed to be at the salon, that I won't even go into the details of, the owner told my bridesmaids that they needed me to get there ASAP because otherwise "the bride is just not going to get her hair done". Then when I arrived, I was made well aware of the other appointments that had to be bumped for me. Same problem with my sister, who had to bring her son to the EMERGENCY ROOM that morning and was therefore late to her appointment. Trying to get someone to do her hair after she was late was met with extreme attitudes (not to mention I had to beg to get someone to even agree to do it).

I understand that this is a business and there are other clients - I really do, however I didn't complain when my calls to the other owner were ignored for WEEKS or when the person who was supposed to do my hair trial got the flu and I was assigned to someone else without any notice (not to mention they didn't even remember I was getting my makeup done at the trial until I reminded them). I dealt with those issues with understanding and I would have appreciated if the staff at Tangles had been able to do the same for me and my sister on my wedding day instead of giving us such an attitude.

Next time explain to your brides exactly what you expect of them - I am ALWAYS on time and would never have been late to this appointment had that expectation been made clear from the beginning. Or better yet - leave yourself a buffer for a 7 person wedding party - things happen!

I had my hair and make-up done and it looked beautiful and was done very well. My hair stayed in the entire event even through all the dancing, pictures, etc... And my make-up looked natural and also stayed on the entire time as well. All 5 of my bridesmaids had their hair done here as well, and they all looked absolutely stunning!

Angie and the ladies at Tangles were a wonderful part of my wedding day. They were very accommodating, allowing us to book the whole salon so all the ladies in my bridal party spent the morning together getting all dolled up. My soon to be mother in-law had our nails done the day before together. I was able to come in the a few weeks before to have a trial run of my bridal style. My experience was so good that since my wedding I have continued to be a regular patron of the Salon.

Wanda and her fabulous staff at Tangles did hair and makeup for all my brides maids, flower girls, and of course me-the bride!! It was a wonderful experience that I will treasure for the rest of my life. They made me feel like a true princess on my wedding day. They really get to know the bride and the bridesmaids and style the hair and do your makeup so you look like you (just an improved version)! I tell everybody I know that is getting married "you have to go to Tangles, they are the best around" and those who listen always agree and thank me for the recommendation!!

I looked exactly like the ballerina/princess I wanted to be on my wedding day. We did a trial run the a couple weeks before, to make sure I understood the process and that we could make any changes! I would recommend Wanda for hair and Angie M for makeup to anyone!

Tangles Hair Studio is a first class salon with great service and the best hair stylists in the area. Their many years of experience shows through in their work and their ability to work with you as a client. The staff at Tangles goes above and beyond for you on any event in which you are preparing for including Weddings and even regular hair appointments. They made me feel very welcomed and gave me a great experience for my very own Wedding Day, including my 8 Bridesmaids. The day was perfect and they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule so that we all looked beautiful, including our makeup as well! I continue using their services for facials, massages and my regular hair appointments and haircuts. My son even goes there now as well as my husband. I would highly recommend the staff and service at Tangles Hair Studio.
