My husband and I can’t thank Al Darroch from Tasty Sounds enough for doing such an amazing job as our wedding DJ/MC. Al did a fantastic job keeping everyone of all ages out on the dance floor all night long and was fun, lively, and entertaining without being cheesy. Tasty Sounds also did a great job providing music during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour as well as lighting for the banquet hall and dance floor. Al and his team were extremely professional, efficient and made sure my husband and I were able to focus on having a great time at our wedding. He was also very conscious of our budget, including working with us on a proposal for lighting, which wasn’t something we initially budgeted and ended up being money extremely well spent to provide the perfect accents and warmth to the venue.

We would absolutely recommend Tasty Sounds for any event whether it’s a wedding or corporate event. Al was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely keep him in mind for future events!

Hiring Al was definitely money well spent. For us the entertainment was very important and we did not want one those cheesy MC's who can make a wedding feel drab. Al, was fun and lively and kept everything on schedule, we had such a good time and so many of our guests commented on how much fun they had. Thank you Al for being awesome!

My husband and I had two meetings with DJ Al and he was a very lively person. We had made specific requests as all bride and grooms do for our wedding. We paid him over two thousand dollars and I didn't have any doubts before the wedding. However the day came and it seemed like he had not prepared for our wedding at all, as he seemed too busy with other events. Ten minutes before the ceremony he asked me what songs I wanted to have played. Then he messed up the wedding party grand enterance, our first dance, the father/ daughter dance, and then the bouquet toss. I couldn't understand where we went wrong. When I emailed him after the wedding to confront him of his mistakes and let him know "we feel we deserve some compensation", he was sarcastic, disrespectful, and very unprofessional.
I hope no bride and groom make the mistake of hiring him.

Both my fiance and I feel as though DJ Alvis made our wedding a jumpin night. All of our guest were on the dance floor at some point during the evening including my 65 year old grandmother. Definately money well spent!
