Taylor's Bakery

The official order for our wedding cake was completed through the Hilton as part of my catering package. However, I can attest that Taylor’s Bakery is a phenomenal company that designs simple, but beautiful wedding cakes. Our wedding colors were navy and gold, and Taylor’s made a white cake with a blue swiss-dot design that was actually navy, rather than the electric blue that you often see with cake icing. At least 20 guests commented on how wonderful the cake was.

We actually had the cake picked out before we had the reception place chosen! Luckily, the restaurant we picked let us bring in our own cake, which was a good thing because I was already in love with the cake design and flavor we had chosen. We chose Taylor’s Bakery because they have such a great reputation, they’ve been featured in a few newspapers, and also the cakes taste just incredible. We wanted a three-tier cake decorated with bright yellow flowers, and we discussed all this with Matt, the baker. He was a great person to work with, and he understood our vision of a cake right away. The cake was so fresh and tasty. They promise that they bake the cake the day before the wedding, and I really believe that they do!

Taylor’s Bakery has always treated me right as I have always gone to them for birthday cakes and other different kinds of cakes. So it was an easy decision on going to Taylor’s Bakery for my wedding cake. They created a real nice wedding cake that not only looked good but it also tasted good to. The wedding cake tasted really fresh and it was all that we could ever want. We were really happy that Taylor’s Bakery made us another nice cake but this time it was a really nice wedding cake.
