My experience at Taylor's Bridal has exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, knowledgable staff, commitment to their customers, and wide selection have contributed to making this once in a lifetime experience enjoyable and fun. I felt like I was really taken care of there from the moment I walked in to my fittings. I relied on the knowledge of the staff to help make important decisions, and I was able to trust their expertise.
The prices are competitive. I was shocked when I got my head to toe (except for the shoes) bridal look there for $1100.00.
The first time I walked in the store, I showed them a picture of a dress no other store had. Within minutes I was trying it on, and seconds later I was crying with joy that I found the one.
I am so excited to walk down the asile and so thankful I had help along the way completing the vision I had.

I loved the service! SO friendly! They treated you like family...they see hundred of brides a week yet not matter what happened when you walked through the doors you felt like you were someone special. Always went above and beyond and the best alternations a girl could ask for!

Taylor's bridal made the task of finding the perfect wedding dress easy! the selection there is incredible and the staff are all very helpful and professional. Once i found the perfect dress, the staff fitting me perfectly and I felt incredible in my dress on my wedding day. Since i was from out of town they were extra accomodating in booking fitting on weekends for me since i live about 5 hours north of the store. The service was excellent. It's been a few weeks since the wedding and I am still getting compliments on my dress and how great it looked. Thank you so much to Cheryl, Linda, and all the staff!

Of the shops that I visited in the KW area Taylor's was by far the best and definitely worth the few extra minutes drive for fittings and appointments.
The service at Taylor's is exceptional. I have never had service like this anywhere else in my life and would be hard pressed to experience this level of service again in the future.
The owner Linda takes time to get to know each of her brides personally, which is mindblowing given the number of clients she must have. Her staff is also highly experienced with exceptional customer service. I purchased both my dress and my bridesmaid dress from Taylor's and would recommend to anyone to purchase their gown here. There is a great selection of both wedding and bridesmaid gowns at the store and the associates are able to help you choose the best gown for you.
Shopping at Taylor's was a great experience and I hope this review helps convince others to shop there. Good luck with the wedding planning!

Linda and the staff at Taylors Bridal were great. I loved my dress and the bridesmaid dresses we bought there too.

I would recommend Taylor's to anyone I know. I've actually recommend them to my both of my brothers fiancée's. Taylor's has a wide variety of dresses. They help you find a dress with no pressure to buy one. They are very flexible with making appointments. I drive two hours(totally worth the drive) and they make it very easy to make appointments. I also bought my bridesmaid dress there and they have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses as well. Taylor's dresses are priced very well. The staff at Taylor's are very friendly and help you with whatever you need.

Taylors was fantastic! I was able to find the perfect dress from my favourite designer the very first time that I went in and looked for a dress. The sales staff were great at pushing me to try on dresses that I didn't initially pick up off the rack and they were right to do so! I had initially walked right by my dress but when I put it on I fell in love! They are fantastic!

The dress selection was large and affordable. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend Taylor's Bridal to any bride! They helped with both my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. They have done nothing but assist with whatever I may need, and make me feel like nothing but their number one priority. The team at Taylor's is awesome, and the store has ALOT of dresses to choose from! I was nervous with my 2nd alteration as how it would turn out. It turned out perfect, beyond my expectations! Went in to find a friends dress and found mine, got it off the $99 rack. Staff was very helpful and even though the dress was final sale, the sales staff gave me the number of the person they use for alterations.

You know you are somewhere special the minute you walk in the door at Taylor's Bridal. The staff there is VERY talented----and VERY patient. Their first priority is the bride's happiness (not merely selling a dress to a customer) and it is evident in their simplest mannerisms. Linda (the owner) has selected and trained a remarkable staff---and is at the heart of the shop's success. Her kindness and understanding was second-to-none. I was amazed every time I came in how she would take time for each individual bride, listen to their concerns, settle down their fears and build up their dreams. When we are with her, we are the main focus and we know that we are in safe, skilled hands as we stand on the podium being fitted. Thank you Linda (and your staff) for making dreams come true, for having the patience beyond all others and for creating a masterpiece for us to walk down the aisle in. We owe you more thanks and appreciation than you will ever know.

From my first visit to Taylors when I found my dress, to my final dress pickup, each time I went to the store I felt special and that I was in great hands. The dress was the one aspect of my wedding that I had absolutely no worries about, because I knew the team at Taylors Bridal were making sure everything would be perfect!

I received so many compliments on my dress and honestly could not have been happier with it!

I went in October to buy my wedding dress for my wedding in May 2012. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Taylor's friendly staff and ushered to my dress fitting location. It felt a little like "say yes to the dress" with my own consultant and all! I tried on approximately 15 dresses of all different styles and material types, the 3rd dress I tried on was the dress I bought! It was completely different then what I had in my mind but Taylor's knowledgeable staff convinced me to think out of the box and I ended up with my dream dress. I have been back for two fittings and everything is perfect. They pride themselves on helping the client as much as possible and Linda Taylor has been a pleasure to work with. She is an amazing seamstress also! I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone. And the prices are VERY competitive, I travelled from Burlington, ON just to shop at Taylor's!

I highly recommend Taylor's Bridal they were great. My mom and I went to there sale in April of 2011 and tried on many dresses and we had some great help to find the perfect one for me. When I went back for my fitting they answered any questions I had with no problem and they also help me pick out anything I needed with no problem and gave there honest opinion. I had a lot of complements on my dress and accessories. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. I would recommend Taylor's Bridal to any bride looking for her gown, or her bridesmaids' dresses. The professionalism and personal service I received far exceeded my expectations.

I had a short engagement (5 months) and Taylor's bridal accommodated me like I was a family member. Linda and her staff made sure I had priority to get my alterations done once my dress arrived and made the whole process stress-free. Our bridesmaids looked spectacular and received the same great treatment. Don't waste your time shopping anywhere else ... save yourself the stress and time and just go to Taylor's.

Taylor's provided a relaxing atmosphere for trying on and selecting a gown. The seamstress is extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure that it was a perfect fit. They also took time with my bridal attendants to insure they knew how to assist me with the gown on my wedding day.

I would recommend Taylors Bridal to EVERY bride!! The store might appear to be on the small side but once you get in there you'll be amazed at just how many dresses they have! Plus they have all different styles! The staff were amazing to work with - I would keep trying on dresses and from what I liked or disliked they would keep suggesting others!
I was extremely impressed with how much effort and time was put into my alterations - I had a part of the dress I wanted to change and from just using my words to describe the change they made it happen - PERFECTLY!!!

Linda and all of her staff are amazing! I trusted them every step of the way and felt beautiful too. I shopped around and the selcetion here is really great. My dress was everything I could have hoped far and Linda and her gals made the whole process fun and stress free. Should I ever marry again, you can bet I will get my dress @ Taylor's! ;) (kidding, of course)

Good service. The shop is small but it is clean. Recommended to this shop by many of my friends. Somewhat of a drive to get there, as it is in Elmira where there are no other bridal shops. The dresses looked great on all the bridesmaids.

Wow! This is what buying a wedding gown is all about! Linda and the girls at Taylor's are kind, professional, and always helpful. The variety of dresses at the shop is outstanding, and there are even great sales for those on a smaller budget. Last but not least, Linda and her seamstresses do all the work on your gown right on sight (upstairs) and they do a stellar job. You can't beat Taylor's Bridal!

To describe in one word I would say AMAZING. Linda is by far the best in the business. I have been married for 5 years this July and to this day I brag about how amazing Taylors is.

To this day I am still in love with my dress. I have an 8 year old daughter and I can't wait until she is getting married so I can take her to see Linda and watch as she enjoy's the wonderfulness of Taylors like I did.
