They were busy and only had one person helping at least 4 brides. Great price on a sample that was reduced even further. It was not the correct size, but even with the charges for alterations it was 50% off! It was THE DREAM DRESS!

Terry Costa was the perfect place for me to get a wedding dress. The value was great, and they allowed me to "play" in the dressing room with all kinds of accessories with my dress. The delivery was prompt and the service was helpful.

Terry Costa has a huge selection of bridal dresses all at great prices! Their salesladies were also very helpfull. They gave you your space and youre browsing and once you decide to try on they helped you out if you wished it. The gown I chose from Maggie Sottero was beautiful, it arrived in time and the alterations were made perfectly. They also have a large selection of prom, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride/groom dresses.

My dress was beautiful. The service sucked. When I went for my final fitting it took them 3 associates and 25 minutes to find my dress. The sales associate that "helped" me left my sister to help me. She didn't ask if she could help with anything. Will not go back there for any other dress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the perfect wedding dress for an excellent price.

My family and I have shopped at Terry Costa for years! We purchased my 1st prom dress from Terry Costa 12 years ago so there was no question I wanted to purchase my wedding dress there! Everyone was so helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect dress! Any time I need special occasion attire I definately pay a visit to Terry Costa!

I found a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress at this store. They were very busy when I went in so I did not get the full attention of the salespeople. They also try to push all the dress "extras" on you. But overall it was a good experience and I found my dress in my budget.

I went shopping with a friend for her wedding, while browsing I found the dress I wanted for my wedding. Although I did not have a floor length dress I choose one in the prom department, the staff were so nice in making the dress fit and telling me exactly how the dress looked on me. They recommended I wait for the fitting until close to the date so to have an exact fit. They were great.

Terry Costa had the largest selection of dresses of all the bridal salons I visited, very professional and helpful in finding your dream dress!

Having looked all over for a dress that was reasonable was stressful. I ony had 5 months for find a dress. Thank god for Terry Costa. I found my dress!! I liked not being hasseled by people and being able to look around on my own first. The women there were so helpful and made me feel stress free!

Terry Costa has a great selection of gowns. You may pay to retail value but they are one stop shopping! The gowns you try on look disgusting but once your ordered gown comes in, it'll be beautiful. All 3 gowns that my wedding party ordered came in early. Be prepared to have a friend assist you since they tend to be very busy and you should be prepared to wait and force assistance.

Excellent service and worth my drive and my time. I called the boutique before a trunk show and they took my information over the phone to place my order. They keep my information on file and waited until the trunk show weekend to complete my order so I would get the discounted price. No one in North Texas could beat their price and the one that could had the worse service. When I drove into town to get my dress I was treated with wonderful service and they had everything in store to help me complete my look. 5 Stars in my book!

I have been to Terry Costa many times over the years for prom dresses and such. I went to a Trunk Show at Terry Costa just to browse and ended up finding my dream dress along with my mother's dress. They are always very helpful and give tips when trying on dresses.

I worked with Vera to purchase my Maggie Sottero dress back in December. I could have purchased the dress closer to home; however, I specifically chose to go back to Terry Costa because of Vera. She was patient and extremely calming throughout the entire dress process, and took the time to ensure I was thoroughly pleased with the dress. The only complaint I have is that it seemed as though the management would frequently double book their consultants. I think this is due to the store (takes walk ins), but it does say something to have a consultant focus on one bride if at all possible.

Terry Costa has good prices, a large selection of dresses and a very helpful staff. After I bought my gorgeous Impressions wedding dress there, every purchase after that (or related to my wedding) was 15% off- I found a beautiful bridesmaids dress that complimented my dress perfectly and each of my bridesmaids got 15% off of their dress orders! Occasionally they have bridal shows and you get to meet a couple of vendors that they recommend, that was helpful too. They are great!

I had a good experience at Terry Costa – the selection was the best I found at the four or so places we looked around the Dallas/Addison area. It was super busy when I went- but what can you expect on a spring weekend? I did get a dressing room pretty quickly, but there were about 4-5 other people, at least, trying on dresses at the same time so it was a little packed in the dressing area. I ended up getting a great deal on my dress- I bought it off the rack and they took about 15-20 % off, which was nice. The other shops I looked at were more expensive, but out of all the dresses I liked, I liked the least expensive one the most! Thank goodness I checked Terry Costa or who knows what I would have ended up spending…I ended up spending half of what I had budgeted on my dress.

We got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at Terry Costa. I got my dress in within 2 weeks of ordering it because the designer already had it in stock. This was a huge relief to me because I was on a tight timeline anyways. This dress looked exactly like one at Alfred Angelo too but with a train and it was almost $200 cheaper! My bridesmaid dresses fit well, they just all had to have the length and breast area taken in. The staff was very friendly, they were extremely busy when we went in on a Saturday so we didn't receive the best attention but we came back on a Thursday and we got all the attention, I loved it! I also love how they give you a 15% discount on everything if you buy your wedding dress through them!

They have a good selection but they don't make you feel very special. I was kind of expecting to be catered to....just a little, but that was not the case. Overall I was happy with my dress, however I didn't not use their alterations. I had heard several horror stories, so I decided to go else were.

Bought my wedding dress, my mother & mother in law's dress, my grandmother's outfit and my bridesmaid dresses here. When the bridesmaid dresses came in, they were defective! The sales lady ordered them off of the girls measurements and then told them the dresses weren't defective, their bodies were. The owner refused to help do anything to help our situation, even after spending all of that money with them. We are having to take the dresses to another alterations place and having to pay for all of the modifications out of our pocket. That place has horrible business ethics and poor customer service!!!!

Connie was a pleasure to work with. She told me up front that she would not be offended if I did not come back and buy a dress from her, and she also told me to wait until the upcoming designer sale to purchase my dress. No many sales people will tell you such things!

Beautiful dress options glalore but much of my ordering process was a nightmare. Be sure you triple confirm what you are ordering to ensure no miscommunication. Note the dates and times you come in. Also note when ordering bridesmaid dresses that almost all your girls will have to get the dresses altered due to the type of cut the designers use. That might be standard but I had never dealt with such a vast difference in size needed and true size of the girl. Overall, you will find a dress here you fall in love with.

Look for trunk sales! Great deal and great selection!

We went to Terry Costa's first because that is where we have bought my prom dresses in the past. Can you believe I feel in love with the first Wedding dress I tried on? And it was at Terry Costa's. I was happy with the way that I was treated there although it is best to work with one person all the time if you can. And I loved the fact that I could bring my Mother & some of my bridesmaids with me to help try dresses. They are extremely busy on Saturdays so if you can go during the week, that is better.

The only thing that I will not recommend is the Tailor that they use that is right in the same complex with them. They may do thousands of pageant dresses but had someone work on my dress that didn't know what they were doing. I ended up having to take my dress to someone else and had to pay over $200 to get it fixed after paying them. So if you need a tailor, do not go to the one that Terry Costa's recommends.

We bought my oldest daughter's dress @ TerryCosta's. It was a beautiful dress & @ a very good value. They were very nice to let her try on as many dresses as she wanted. My 2nd daughter looked there for her dress & found one she liked a lot, but later found the PERFECT dress for her @ another Bridal store near us in Arlington Texas----LANG's Bridal.

While I absolutely loved the variability of dresses this store offers, I was very disappointed in a few things. The first time I was fitted for my dress, they ordered the wrong dress size for my measurements and when I got my dress 2 months later, it was falling off of me! Luckily the manufacturer had my correct size in stock and they rushed it to me. I also didn't feel like there was very great service because I would make an appointment and have to wait 20-30 minutes before someone would help me. I understand that it was near prom season, but that also coincides with wedding season! This is not the kind of treatment you want when you are the BRIDE! So I sacrificed service for price of my dress and I guess that is what you get.

Terry Costa is great because they have unique wedding gowns. If you want something traditional they have it, but if you want something untraditional and exotic they also have that. My wedding dress was coral. i found it at the Maggie Sotero trunk show that they had and as soon as I tried it on I knew i had to get it. I took the floor model which cut the price. My only real complaint is that my dress came with a purse and i tried calling them and they still never seemed to get the purse in for me and i got my dress a year and half in advance so there is no reason why they couldn't have gotten the purse to me. The people who work there were friendly and helpful and fun, plus the facilities are very nice and accommodates friends to come and look with you. They did get me the extra fabric that I needed and they give you a great deal on bridesmaids dresses. I didn't use them because my mom made all of my bridesmaids dresses but I would have otherwise. They also can do jewelry, shoes, and other accessories for the wedding. it is kind of a one stop shop for attire.

My dress turned out amazing at such a good price. The employees were not too pushy but very helpful.

I bought my wedding dress and veil at Terry Costa. I hadn't even planned to visit - we walked in on a whim. They have a medium collection of bridal gowns, but several that are not the norm (which is what I wanted). The salespeople I worked with were friendly, helpful, and consistent. If one said something, all others honored that promise.

I also bought the fabric for my bridesmaids' dresses here. They gave me the best price in the metroplex - they made me the offer that if I found a lower price than theirs in the DFW area, they'd match it and allow me to use my bridal discount on top of that matching price. Without that price break, I couldn't have gotten what I wanted.

I'd definitely recommend visiting TC. Their focus is on prom and bridesmaid, but there are also some MOB dresses and bridal dresses as well. Good luck!

Terry Costa was a great bridal shop. I found what I was looking for right from the start with the help of Terry Costa’s staff. They showed me around the store helped me pick out my wedding gown showed me some accessories and made sure I got the gown and also accessories that fit me and then I was on my way home and that step of the wedding process was over with. Terry Costa treated me just right and helped me through the whole process. If I had to do it over again I would go back to Terry Costa.

The staff was very helpful and I got a beautiful dress for more than half the cost of other places I looked. this place is a little more self-serve, but I liked that aspect - don't like a lot of fawning over me while I shop.

Great selection - great prices, but the actualy service is awful! I bought my dress there - but they acted as if buying a dress off the rack was the lowest thing a bride can do - and my dress was flawless. Also gave a hard time to all of my bridesmaid's - not one of the 5 had a great experience.

I did not have a good experience with this store and if my dress had been available somewhere else, I would have purchased it elsewhere.

First, the dress I found was a little big. The saleslady proceeded to tell me to order a larger size. When I told her that this size would already need to be taken in she replied, "Well, you know you can't gain even a pound and alot of brides gain weight during the planning process." I must add this wasn't said in a helpful tone.

Then, I believe that the dress I was given was actually the floor sample. The sample dress was the size I needed and ordered. I didn't think much of this until I returned at a later date to find a petticoat. I assumed I could just try it on with the sample since it was my size. Surprise! That dress was gone and the sample was now a 4 sizes larger. When I asked the saleslady she mumbled a response and disappeared.

Overall, I would not recommend this store. I feel their personnel is unprofessional and I do not feel that they are an honest company.

The dresses were so nice. This shop is so cute. The lady was so helpful.

Terry Costa was the biggest help for my mother and I in planning my wedding, especially since my husband and I decided we didn't want to wait very long to get married which gave my mother and I only about 3 months to plan everything. The women there are very kind and very helpful in helping you find "the dress", no matter how long it takes. I can't even imagine how many dresses I tried on when I was there but they stuck with me until I did find the perfect dress. The women helping you are not working off of a commission so they won't try pressuring you into a higher priced gown for their own benefit. They will talk with you, find what you like or don't like about gowns and help you narrow down your choices of what you should try on. One other thing I loved about the women there is that even when it got close to closing time they weren't trying to rush my mother and I out, in fact the woman who was helping us assured us we could still take our time and she'd stay with us to help. I would recommend this store to anyone who is needing to find the dress of their dreams for their special day.

This place is a great place to find a variety of wedidng attire, they are good for the budget because not only do they have trunk shows every weekend (it seems) but they give you 15% off of anything else in their store, including bridesmaids and mothers attire after you purchase your dress.
I would caution that on saturdays they are extremly busy due to the fact that they are also big with pagents around dallas and homecoming/prom so if you can avoid the saturday do so, or go early. It is a fun place, be prepared to be walked in on while you are changing in the bridal room, because they are so "helpful." I am modest so that was a negative thing for me, but if you dont mind it will be fine
The price i am listing only includes my dress, however I purchased each of my 6 bridesmaids dresses there for 200 each.

I've been going to Terry Costa for years and still can't find another place I love so much. The service is great, just be careful because they get busy due to their special events. I always suggest setting up an appointment. And ask for Sarah. She is not only one of my best friends but an amazing stylist with an eye for elegance. She helped me find that dress I had dreamt about for years (all lace and beading and crystals) and work out the best deal possible. I ended up getting my dress for almost $1000 less than the suggested sales price I found elsewhere. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses, a little too close to the date, and they helped me get them rush ordered. LOVE TC!

They have an extensive wedding gown colection and great service! I perchased my dress, vail, and rehearsal dinner dress here and was verry happy! Every girl dreams of the day they can try on there "one" special dress... this is the place to go.

They really have a big selection of dresses in store and I felt like I got a great deal, but there wasn’t as much one on one attention as I expected while looking for my dresses.
