I feel in love with this venue when I first saw it. And immediately knew this is where I was going to have my wedding. In speaking with my planner who had the most contact with the facility she advised she could never get in touch with anyone when she had questions about the venue. I honestly think the property manager needs some help, I think it is probably just too much for one person to handle.

My contact Kristen was easy to work with. The venue is beautiful. The biggest pro was we could provide our own food and alcohol which saved us a ton of money. There were people there to set up and tear down tables and chairs, take out the trash, sweep the floors, turn down the lights after dinner, etc. They gave me the keys the day before so I had the whole day to set up as convenient for me.
The biggest problem we had was after they set up, they locked up all the extras. We found they forgot a table and some chairs but we couldn't get to them so we had to make do.
Overall, a fantastic venue.

The lady that works in putting the event together is really helpful and easy to reach. She has the answer to all of our questions! The site is very clean. It's high ceilings really make the place look beautiful and feel glamourous. Clean up is very easy. THe only con is that you can't dim the lights for the dance.
