Excellent cake! I've never tasted such delicious cake before! We got a 5 layer cake with every layer a different flavor and my guests keep telling me how good it was. We will definitely be going back to get a cake on our anniversary. The cake looked great too with the icing perfectly matching the fabric I used to decorate the tables.

YUMMY! If you want the best-tasting cake (that also looks great), then PLEASE schedule a tasting with TG Pattycakes! With our first bite of cake, we knew that no other bakery had a chance. The designs in her picture-books are so-so, but we told her what we wanted for our chocolate wedding cake, and it looked amazing! Tricia was SO kind, nice, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I are already (3 weeks later!) trying to find a good reason to buy another cake from her soon. The smallest caveat: Tricia responds much better to phone calls than emails.

Overall, I cannot recommend Tricia enough!

The cake was delicious. We got so many comments on how great the cake tasted. Not only was the cake great tasting, it looked great too!

We used her to both make a tiered wedding cake as well as cake centerpieces for all of our tables. They turned out amazing!Everyone talked about how good they were and how beautiful they were! Highly recommend her!!

Patty did my bridal shower cake and my amazing 5 tier wedding cake. Not only are the cakes beautiful but they taste amazing. My family continues to go back to her for cakes for all occasions. It was the best!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! The cake was decorated exactly like the picture I provided her in the beginning. Tricia was an easy choice because all of our friends use her for all birthdays and other events, she even did my shower cake!

We had so much fun working with Tricia to design our dream wedding cake! It was beautiful, unique and elegant. Guests commented on the cake all evening! Not only was it beautiful, it was so delicious! Her prices were reasonable and we received an additional discount through our wedding planner.

This was very very easy. We had a small wedding, so didn't need a very big cake. We gave our wedidng colors, the number serving, and what we wanted. That was it. The cake was beautiful, was exactly what we wanted, and tasted great. It looked so good we didn't want to eat it, but once we did we wanted more.

I'm Tricia Gale and I've been baking for 28 years now. Some of you might remember me as a news reporter for NBC. And even during those years I still continued to bake and make great desserts. Oh sure, I interviewed Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Glenn and Ted Turner to name a few, but can they compare to chocolate??!! Seriously though, the satisfaction I get from making a wedding cake or dessert that people gasp over gives me the same satisfaction of a good interview.
