That Wedding Bridal Consulting

My husband and I had a beautiful wedding and that was due in large part to Liz. Most of the planning for our October 2011 wedding at Rockwood Manor in Dublin, VA was done from Colorado where we currently live. We really had to put our trust in Liz when it came to vendors and venue layout, etc. ALL of her recommendations were spot on. She is a professional and knows what she is doing, 100%. She knows all the ins and outs of putting on a wedding, things you would never think of! This was by far the best money that we spent for our wedding. I know that my husband and I, our families, and our guests would not have had the wonderful time that was had by all without the help of Liz. Thank you for the incredible memories Liz!

I cant say enough about Liz @ That Wedding Bridal Consulting. It was because of her attention to detail that our wedding went so well. Our day was perfect! Liz thought of everything. She had everything layed out about how the entire wedding process would go and she had everything pinpointed down from where the wedding party stands to the order of the reception. She was amazing. She helped with everything from picking out the save-the-date cards to recommending vendors for flowers, decorations and the reception venue.

In addition to her great service, her rates are more than fair (and better than her competitors!). Liz listened to everything that we suggested and even became a buffer between us and our parents, who didn't always agree with our suggestions.

I cannot gush about her enough. She never made us feel bad for having a smaller wedding on a budget. She was so flexible and accessible. She's sharp as a tack, too: I never had to tell her the same thing twice. I knew the minute she opened her mouth and made a really funny joke that she was going to be the one for us! Do yourself a favor and give her a call! You'll be so glad you did.

Hiring Liz was one of the first things I did, and it was hands downt he best decision I made. I was planning a wedding in Blacksburg, VA from Atlanta, GA. Liz made sure that every trip I made to Blacksburg was productive and I met with all the vendors I needed to. She kept me on a great time line and made sure nothing was overlooked. Her experience and knowledge of weddings is unmatched. She suggested things I had never thought of (tent lighting, exit strategies, etc.) and connected me with all of my amazing vendors. She kept everything straight and organized and answered all of my questions no matter how big or small they were. I could NEVER have pulled off my wedding without her. Liz was a pleasure to work with and the best decision I made after saying "Yes!"

We chose Liz Stevens as our wedding planner and it was one of the best decisions we made. Liz is fun, friendly, and extremely organized. She had a lot of great ideas for logistics in making the wedding flow properly. She also worked extremely well with the vendors and really gave us a wonderful wedding. Liz also takes care of all the last minute responsibilities so the bride doesn't have to! I can't say enough good things about her.

When I was first planning my wedding, my Dad insisted I have a wedding coordinator. I felt like I had it under control and that I would be OK to be by myself, but I was starting a new job and moving to a new city so I took his advice. Liz was AMAZING, I could not imagine my wedding without her. She made sure that everything was organized from the rehearsal (Friday night) to the end of the reception (Saturday night). She made sure she knew every detail about my wedding including knowing who my out of town family and friends were so that they felt special. I felt like I also gained a friend through all of this. I highly recommend every bride have a coordinator, it makes things 100% easier and smoother. Liz was the talk of our wedding, everyone was very impressed with her professionalism and organization. My husband and I are so lucky and so honored to have someone like Liz Stevens work on our wedding with us. She was hands down the best decision we made while going through our whole wedding planning process. I knew from talking with other girlfriends who had gotten married and did not have a wedding coordinator that I would definitely need someone who would help the day run smoothly and work out any kinks that may arise. I would highly recommend Liz Stevens and That Wedding Bridal Consulting to any couple looking for a professional, creative and thoughtful wedding consultant. I was extremely sick and in the hospital the week before my wedding, and somehow my wedding still turned out exactly as I wanted it to. Liz played a huge role in making sure that my wedding day was everything that I wanted. She did an excellent job of coordinating all the other vendors - who absolutely adored her - and working with my husband to finish up all the last minute details. She knew about all the local vendors and gave us vendor recommendations during our first meeting before we ever hired her. We used her suggestion for linens and it made a huge difference at our wedding reception. She's extremely knowledgeable, will think of anything that you forget, and give you solid, budget-friendly advice. Her bubbling personality made me look forward to meetings with her and I was disappointed when our wedding was over, because it meant no more Liz. She'll be your friend when you need one, tell you the truth when you need to hear it and guide you through the complicated process of planning a wedding. Having her on your team is worth the cost!

We truly enjoyed our experience working with Liz Stevens on our wedding.
