The Bake Shop

Kristy at The Bake Shop was one of the only vendors that I did not have to stress out about!! Her flexibility to meet with us was out of this world. Words can't even describe how wonderful and tasteful the cake was!!!!I went in to meet with her and had some fun and out of the ordinary ideas for the cake decorations. She took all of my thoughts and made a design that was 100 times more than I would have ever expected!!!! Our guests are still raving about how great the cake tasted and how amazing it looked!Her prices were the best in the area too – great tasting, amazing design and unbelievable pricing --- I would never recommend anyone else!! Thank you Kristy! :)

if i could give more then 5 stars i would. Look and taste were out of this world. ive never seen or tasted cake like this before.

Oh my gosh! Kristy at The Bake Shop is so talented! We gave her an idea and she ran with it. I would love to post a picture here of the creation she made for us. We had four layers of perfection! Our flavors were strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and spice, and each was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! There was no doubt who I was going to for my cake. She did the cakes for both of my sisters weddings and they were a fabulous as well. Her prices cannot be beat!

Kristy was wonderful to work with. She's one of the nicest people I had the opportunity to meet in this process. The cake tasted amazing and her prices really can't be beat in this area. It's well worth the drive to Fayette to meet with her. The only reason I didn't give her a higher rating is because I'm a designer and had too high of expectations for the graphic elements of the cake. The cake was still very beautiful and I'm sure I was the only one remotely disappointed in the way it turned out. I highly recommend Kristy! Her lemon cake with raspberry filling will be a "birthday must have" for years to come. Sadly it was everyone else's favorite at the wedding too so I didn't get a piece of it at the wedding.

Our cake was GORGEOUS and it tasted simply amazing!! Kristy is absolutely wonderful to work with along with being incredibly talented - she took our idea and really brought it to life!! We had plenty of cake that was delicious long afterward and her price was so, so low! I was more impressed with her work than any other baker I visited – even those that charged almost 3x as much! I was incredibly pleased and would absolutely recommend her!!
