The Bethwood

The Bethwood was amazing. Jason was so good to us from the moment he gave us a tour of the place in the beginning, right down to the moment we were cleaning up after our wedding. He went above and beyond to make us happy and on our wedding day, was very attentive. All of our friends and family raved about the Bethwood and how beautiful our wedding was, as well as how incredible the service and food was! We would highly recommend the bethwood to everyone. Go see Jason! He is the absoulte best

the staff at bethwood was great. the food and the setting was "out of this world". the chapel was decorated beautifully......my out of town guests was "awed" and speechless.

i became frustarted wiith my appoin ed guy, he apologzed and allowedd me to speak with his manager.

afterwards, my appointed guy and I realized that i was becoeing overwhelmed. he assured me all would be fine and we continued to work togethre.


at the end of the night, i must say my appointed guy was awesome. he made sure that i was happy and needed nothing. he did the same for my bubby. i love the bethwood and ejoiyed working with my appointed guy...

Jason was the manager I first worked with and luckily he was our maitre'd as well. He did a superlative job. All my guests and parents were so impressed. Everybody said that they enjoyed themselves tremendously on our wedding day - this was exactly what I was hoping to hear! Jason and his staff made it so easy to relax and just let the day unfold. Everything went so smoothly. I'm very satisfied with our experience and would recommend the Bethwood to anyone. Plus, the outdoor gardens definitely are important part of what made me want to have the wedding at the Bethwood - my pictures were gorgeous.

Outstanding!! Everyone cant stop talking about how beautiful everything was. The food was out of this world! Everything came out perfect! My maitre D, Jason was off the hook! One of the nicest and helpful Maitre'd you could ever want. He actually drove to the hotel after the reception to drop off a purse any my veil that we forgot and refused a tip!

Ceremony was beautiful as well!

The Bethwood exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, timeliness, courtesy and overall customer service. Jason Baldanza was our coordinator and the Maitre'D at our reception and he did a PHENOMENAL job!!! The moment we met Jason, he treated us like we were a king and queen. He was there to help us plan our special day from start to finish and he made himself readily available anytime we needed him. Jason made sure that we had the wedding we've always dreamed of and we will always love him for that. The warmth and friendliness that my husband and I received as clients was beyond impressive. Even though they didn't carry it, Jason placed a special order for a certain brand of vodka that my husband likes to drink. It just goes to show you that The Bethwood will do their very best to make sure you have everything you want and need on your special day. The wait staff was present in the garden with trays of hors d'oeuvres and drinks for us and our wedding party while we were taking pictures. The food selection and top shelf open bar really helped make our reception THE reception of the year among our family and friends. We have received so many compliments on everything. The food presentation was beautiful and it tasted just as good as it looked!!!! Overall, my husband and I are EXTREMELY satisfied with everything The Bethwood had to offer. If you are looking for a venue that will go the extra mile to make sure your day is PERFECT, this is the venue for you!!! I highly recommend The Bethwood!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We could not have been happier with The Bethwood. Every request we had they granted right down to a specific server for my wife and myself and they even brought in our favorite wine (which they typically did not stock). Our matre' d DON NEEB was great. He is highly experienced and made sure our wedding was perfect. We not only held our reception here, but our ceremony as well. The guests were held inside until just before because it was so hot and they didnt want our guests uncomfortable. Being we were two brides they also provided us with two fully stocked bridal suites. BOTTOM LINE THEY PROVIDED AMAZING SERVICE AND PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I did not have to worry at all the entire event. Our wedding was magical!

Dominic was absolutly wonderful. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and bent over backwards over things that I simply mentioned I wanted. The food was excellent. My guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and viennesse. The ice sculpture was amazing - coolest thing we've ever seen. The gardens were ideal for photos and made me fall in love with the location in the first place.

You definitly get your moneys worth at the bethwood. many locations charge an arm and a leg for mediocre food, the same abundance of decor and the only thing they can say is that their location offers one wedding at a time. You know what? I didn't even know there were any other events going on and our ballroom had it's own kitchen and staff so nobody skipped a beat. I'd go to the bethwood for any other event i ever have and would reccomend it to anybody.

My husband and I had both our ceremony and our reception at the Bethwood last September. We worked with Jason, and he was AMAZING to work with! From day 1 he worked with us to make our wedding everything we wanted and more. I cannot stop raving about the Bethwood. The food was amazing, the staff was soooo helpful, and we could not be happier we chose to get married here. Jason was extremely accomodating and helpful. The night before our wedding, I called him (almost in tears) because our hotel had told me they couldn't guarantee that I could get into my room early to get ready. My bridesmaids and I were expecting to be able to get into our hotel about noon to start getting ready. I had hair and makeup coming to the hotel. I was stressed to say the least... Jason (who was in the middle of another wedding) calmed me down and told me to call him in the morning, and he'd work with us and let us into the bridal suite at the Bethwood early if need be. Luckily, the hotel ended up working. But knowing that Jason was so accomodating, and I would not be getting ready in the middle of the parking lot, made me feel a lot better. We could not be happier with our experience with the Bethwood. We will definitely be going back again.

The Bethwood was great! We got married in the outdoor garden & our reception followed afterward. Everyone raved about the food and the service! I didn't have to worry about anything they took care of everything!

Our best decision was booking our wedding at The Bethwood. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the venue and the service. The outdoor gardens (and the indoor chapel) are lovely, each of the reception rooms are bright, big, and beautiful. The service from both Steves was amazing. Leading up to the wedding, at the wedding, and even AFTER the wedding - always making sure that everything was great and under control. The food was amazing. The cocktail hour, entree, wedding cake, and the v-table. Our families and friends are still talking about their experience here (i.e. being asked if they wanted another plate of food, having their drinks brought to their tables). I can't wait to go back and reminisce about our wedding day! It was amazing and The Bethwood helped make all of our dreams come true. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE :)

The Bethwood did an amazing job hosting my wedding on 3/26. Steve Goodman gave us a great price for the amount of services that The Bethwood provided us. I even requested a specialty cocktail for the wedding and Steve made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Dominick was our maitre'd for the evening and he went above and beyond to make sure that my bridal party and guests had everything we needed throughout the night.

I was married at The Bethwood and the chapel is gorgeous. I didn't have to decorate a thing!

My martini glass ice sculpture was awesome and the food was amazing. I really wanted my wedding cake to look a specific way so I gave Steve a picture and told him what I would like changed and when I seen my cake for the first time I couldn't have been happier. It looked beautiful and tasted even better.

I would highly recommend The Bethwood for a wedding or any other event. The staff is great and so is everything else they have to offer.

The Bethwood was amazing! Jason was the most understanding, patient, and pleasant person to work with!! He made the whole experience completely painless (and I had a wedding of 600 people!)!! Everyone told me the food was amazing. My ice sculptures came out beautifully! I like everything about the Bethwood so much that my husband and I took our families there for our one-year anniversary! I will never stop recommending The Bethwood!!!

The Bethwood was a wonderful place to have our wedding reception. They were very helpful from the get go. As a do-it-yourself bride, our matr'd blocked off the reception room the day before so I was able to go and decorate the room. He also made sure my groom and I ate during the night, and always had food on our table throughout the night as we had requested. He pretty fulfilled all our requests including the details of our wedding cake. The venue itself is beautiful with two lush gardens with flowing streams and ponds and gazebos. The food was incredibly abundant as it was delicious. Many many many thanks to the Bethwood's staff.

I would highly recommend the Bethwood, they were courteous, accomodating and I have received all high praises on the quality of the meals, especially the cocktail hour.

Steve Raneiri was fabulous! My husand loved him, he was attentive, and assertive when we needed him to be (with our parents!) all of our guests had a fantastic time.

this place had so much food during the cocktail hour that our guests were full when they got to the main course. this place has wonderful service and lovely to work w/. you won't regret it. our wedding cake came w/ the package already. they have so many surprises in stored for you.

My husband and I could not have been happier with The Bethwood! Our day was right out of a storybook of our dreams and we have no doubt that it was because of them.

We worked specifically with Steve Ranieri. We booked it 2 years in advance - which means 2 years worth of phone calls. He never made it seem like we were a burden to him - even until the last minute of our wedding.

The outside gardens were gorgeous for our ceremony and the inside cocktail and reception rooms were great.

All I have to say, is my wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and much more because of Frank & Jason! Every little detail was taken to heart and everything was perfect...even when we forgot the flowers for the cake at home they made my cake look beautiful!!! Amazing out side gardens, especially in the winter, around the holidays, everything is all lit up beautifully!

They were very attentive to all details, my guests are still raving about the cocktail hour!

Our wedding was on 10/16/09. Great experience overall. Their food was delicious and the service was great! They were very professional. We got pretty much everything we were promised. The only thing is that they get booked pretty fast, so definitely book them as early as possible.

The Bethwood was a fantastic choice for both my wedding ceremony and reception. I worked with Steve Goodman and my matradee's name was Steve as well. They were both fantastic. Everything went very smoothly and everything was beautiful! I probably wouldn't have eaten a thing at cocktail hour if it hadn't been for my matradee! My only beef is that the sand from my sand ceremony was unfortunately misplaced. My husband called and everyone was very nice and apologetic however it was unable to be located. Other than that, the ceremony was great, the cocktail hour was great and everyone had a blast at the reception! I would definitely hold another event at the Bethwood.

I was very pleased with the service of the Bethwood. They were flexible. The value of the low cost was well worth it. They threw in a lot of freebies, like the ice-sculpture. Prices were negotiable, we even negotiated the price of hor d'ourves. The place was beautiful and food exceptional.

Everything went really really well. We had an issue with our topper sliding off the cake and it was fixed and put it all back without us knowing until the end of the evening. They helped make the evening wonderful!! We worked with Steve Ranieri and couldn't have been happier!!

My guest LOVED the cocktail hour. They were very happy with all the amount of food provided and they all had a GREAT time.
I had people asking me the brand of the champagne because it was very tasty. One of my friends doesn’t drink at all but that day she had a glass of champagne…
The staff was really good and always on top of things. The Bethwood provided a really good service the day of my wedding. I would highly recommend you to check it out.
If you are not sure about the place just go to their Sunday Brunch, I’m sure you’ll love the food once you try it. I think the brunch is like $30 per person but it’s worth it.

Don was our event coordinator, and though he is a bit sarcastic and crass, he did an excellent job with our wedding. They were so willing and ready to give us exactly what we wanted, and never got frustrated with us calling so often! They were very accomodating and made us feel so comfortable. We thought it was so beautiful too!

When I first went to go look at the Bethwood I was genuinely amazed at what I saw. We were looking for somewhere that had a nice outdoor location for the ceremony and a place that wasn't too noisy with nearby traffic or other outdoor noises. The Bethwood had exactly what we were looking for and even though they didn't have the biggest amount of property or outdoor locations what they had was amazing! The front garden where we had the cemremony was beautiful and we didn't even have to add any extra flowers on the site (besides petals down the aisle) which was great!

They're service from the minute we walked through the door was excellent. They really took the time to know exactly what each couple was looking for and even had you fill out a sheet ranking what things were most important to you in the service they provided you specifically and what were most important to you for your wedding day. We were working with a pretty tight budget so money was our priority and they definitely worked with us and helped us out with that wherever and however possible. In the end we were able to work out an amazing price that everyone was happy with.

Our maitred was great. He was always very professional, polite and helpful. However, it was a little bit annoying when I tried to reach him a couple of times since I was working. Whenever I tried to call he would be out of the office or if I would email him he would try to call me while I was at work and by the time I got home he would have already left for the day. He definitely always tried hard to reach me by phone though and when we both kept missing each other he ended up calling my husband.

This is important no matter where you go! If you would like your party favors set up in a particular way make sure you tell them exactly how you want it even if you think it's self explanitory. Our party favors were picture frames with disney quotes in them and I automatically thought they would've taken the frames out of the boxes and neatly placed them around the table at each seat, to me and everyone else around me it seemed like the obvious logical thing to do but I guess there's always the off chance that's not what the bride wants ha. So just make sure you tell them exactly how you would like to have your favors set up on the table.

Everything went as planned and I was pleased with everything except for the ice sculpture wasnt what I asked for. But it wasnt a big deal bc no one noticed. I loved using the Bethwood.. everything was perfect! I would use them again !
