Blue cake made my wedding cake and the cupcakes for the grooms cake. I carried a picture of the exact wedding cake i wanted and they did an amazing job! It looked exactly like the picture! The wedding cake and cupcakes were probably the best tasting cakes i have ever eaten. I've had multiple people from my wedding comment on how great the cakes tasted. Alot of people have really pretty cakes that taste bad, but mine was delicious! The delivery and set up was wonderful as well. They were very professional and helpful in helping me choose flavors and colors too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married or needing a special cake!

We chose blue cake because we heard their cakes were really good. Well they werent. When I went for my cake tasting, I told them I HATE cream cheese and do not put ANY cream cheese in our cake at all. Well I hadnt tasted the cake until my husband fed it to me and the only bite I got was all CREAM CHEESE. They also showed me a picture of what my cake would look like. It was supposed to have a bunch of leaves coming down the sides of it and piled up on top. The leaves were supposed to be brown, orange, and yellow and it maybe had 12 leaves on it total. I was really looking forward to it looking like the picture they showed me in the store and she reassured me it would. It didnt. I also tasted all the cake fillers and knew what they should taste like and I was highly upset when I took a bite and it was cream cheese. I was very dissatisfied with them and not to mention like every other review they were TWO HOURS late. This cake was a completely waste of time and money.

I wish we had an opportunity to hear from you personally about your complaints- we hate for anyone to be disappointed. We don't ice our cakes in cream cheese, especially for outdoor weddings, so I'm not sure how that happened. We had made 3 dozen chocolate leaves for your cake, just like the picture, but that day was humid with severe storms, and after placing on the cake outside, the leaves wilted. Also, we normally deliver 2 hours before a reception starts, but because of the weather and your cake was outside, we delivered closer to your start time so the cake wouldn't be in the elements. We don't normally have these issues in October, but humidity and stormy weather will affect your cake.

The cake was absolutely gorgeous! The professionalism was unmatched. We were unsure what we wanted, but they were very helpful to us in making our decision....and the cake was as delicious as it was beautiful.

We got our cake from the Blue Cake Company. It was very easy and they were very helpful. However they were 2 hours late delivering the cake and we told them to be there 2 hours early b/c we had heard before they were known for being late on deliveries. But the cake looked and tasted fantastic!!

We ordered our wedding and groom's cake from the Blue Cake Company. The cakes looked and tasted good, but she was a little late to arrive and get them set up. Other than that, it worked out fine.

Blue Cake Company cakes taste great. They are beautiful too. The people there were very easy to work with!!!! And the cost is VERY reasonable!!! My one complaint is that the colors looked a little different on the actual cake than I was expecting based on the picture we were mimicing. It was still great though!
