The Bridal Box

This place is absolutely awful. I ordered a dress from here and once I got it, which was 2 weeks later than the time it was supposed to come, the dress size is wrong and there was a manufacturing problem with the zipper. I sent the dress back to them to get another size and when it got there they had conveniently informed me they do not take return shipments (even though it was their mistake). It took them a week later than it was intended to get back to me for them to ship it and the wedding was the next week. I spent a fortune on trying to fix their problem which they never refunded me for. Not only are their products of low quality but they are only open two days a week and when I called the day they were open it went straight to voicemail. Everytime I asked for a call back they e-mailed. Save yourself the time and trouble from this poorly run place and go somewhere of higher quality and employees who care about your concerns.

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses through the Bridal Box. I was a little apprehensive using an online store, but their prices were over $40/dress less than anyplace else I could find them. They were wonderful -- they called periodically to give me a status date/delivery estimate update, and were right on target with their estimates from the beginning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase wedding party dresses!

The Bridal Box was one of the places we chose for the bridesmaid dresses. The shop had very affordable bridesmaid dresses that were very well put together and also they had a different selection of dresses that no other shops carried. We ended up finding one bridesmaid dress at the shop that we really liked so we decided to get it. The whole shopping experience was very nice and it was not an experience were you felt you needed to rush. I wish they had a little more staff but they did what they could and they helped me a bunch. I would defiantly go back to the shop as they had a lot more stuff not just dresses they had all kinds of wedding items.
