I initially wanted an Ian Stuart dress that probably would have cost me $20K that I would never spend on a dress. My bridal consultant worked with me and found a gorgeous modern look alike that I just loved. Yes, the prices are a little high but you are getting a DESIGNER dress. This is the best place to go if you are looking for an elegant one of a kind dress. The only place that can beat it is probably the Bridal Salon in Alamo Heights (if you want to drop $5K and above). I used one of their retired seamstresses for my alterations. It was a little difficult to work with her (she has a crazy personality) but she made my dress look amazing. At the time I bought my dress I was given a $100 credit towards any head piece. I got a gorgeous hair piece for $20 thanks to the credit. Initially I was told my dress would take 5 months to get in and I only had to wait three. Dress total: $1,200, Alterations: $265 It costs to look good but it is worth every penny, promise!

Very good, love what they do, usually very professional. Were about an hour late the day I picked up my dress. Otherwise would recommend.

Gloria and her staff were wonderful. I ordered my dress from them even though they did not have a sample in the store at the time (I liked the shop and wanted to work with them rather than other stores that carried it). Their prices are very moderate and Gloria did a fabulous job fitting the dress to me perfectly. I highly recommend the Bridal Galleria!

I got my dress from here, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked into the dress room. They helped me out and offered deals if I also got my veil and headpiece from there. Everyone was very nice and helpful making it a completely stress free experience. thank you!

My experience here wasn’t horrible but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to other brides. I was warned ahead of time that the woman who owns this place is extremely snobby and that you need to go in acting like you have a lot of money to get quality help. I went in and gave them an outrageous amount for the budget and they were nice but the woman who helped me was not very knowledgable of the dresses that they had and wasn’t even sure what brands they carried. She kept leaving me alone to wait sometimes even for 10 minutes while she went to go get water. I wanted to try on a specific dress that they have and the woman rudely announced that it would look bad on my body-type without even letting me try it on for myself. I also have a friend who went there with her mom without making an appointment and they were extremely rude to her (no one else was even in the store!) so she never went back and she had a lot of money to spend on her dress so she really missed out. Their selection was very small as well.

The attention provided at this location is amazing. I was amazed at the quality of service here and the amount of dresses to choose from. It was worth the drive to San Antonio for me.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and they really know their dresses. They made my feel special and they dont try to push dress on you. The quality of their dresses are fantastic & chic. San Antionio's version of Klienfieds only better.

This was the first place that my sister and I went to try on dresses. Even though we had an appointment, it took them at least ten minutes to find someone to help us. The girl who helped us wasn't familiar with what dresses were available and kept leaving to go get something to drink. They were really rude and wouldn't let me go into the dressing room with my sister (I had to sit in chairs outside the curtain) and she made my sister really uncomfortable by taking off her bra to put on one that looked better with the dress, without even warning her that she was doing it first. They also don't let you take pictures there, which was a major turn-off when we couldn't look back to see which dresses we liked. We did not go back to this store. I also had a friend getting married and when I told her about our experience there, she said that when she went there, they ignored her for 20 minutes and then finally asked if she had an appointment. When she said no, they told her that you needed to have an appointment to try on dresses but that they didn’t carry dresses big enough to fit her anyways… she's a little overweight but not that big! I do NOT recommend this dress shop.

I bought my wedding dress here and COULD NOT be happier I did. The consultants and seamstress were friendly and helpful. They have the best selection of dresses in San Antonio too. But my consultant listened to my wants and needs and narrowed down the search. This is the place to buy your gown. 1879

I went to the Bridal Galleria knowing what dress I wanted. They were willing to match the price of the dress to that of another store where I had tried on the dress but that was out-of-town. I worked with Judy, who was extremely professional and so nice. My only complaint is that the dress came in 2 months past their estimate date!!! Each day I called I was told it wouldn't be much longer, which after 2 months was very frustrating. However, the dress came in just in time and was beautiful.

Gloria was wonderful and very professional. Judy was also a joy to work with. The only thing was that my dress was still a little too long and I didn't want to have to pay for more alterations, so Gloria added some more petticoat under my dress. It was still a little too long but other than that, my experience was great.

I had a hard time finding a dress that I had seen in a magazine and they were the only ones to have it....along with a large selection of other gowns. They were very helpful with everything I needed and the service was very quick. My dress turned out perfect!

I purchased my wedding dress at this location after visiting several other bridal boutiques. As with many sales oriented businesses, there were pushy sales ladies who just wanted to make a sale, but there were also sales ladies that were very understanding, patient, not pushy and knew their stuff. The 2 ladies that I wound up working with did understand my budget and did not try to push other prices or styles on me that I was not interested in. I mainly dealt with Gloria during my purchasing and alteration period and I have to say she was amazing. Her professionalism and personality really made me comfortable and excited with the expensive purchase I had made. She maintained a high level of customer service after I bought my dress and even after my wedding was over when I had to take the dress back in to fix the zipper which had jammed on my wedding night. I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses at this location and all were pleased with the outcome of the dresses and the service provided to them during the alteration period.

The dress i chose was really pretty. But expensive. Unfortunately, no other vendor in san antonio carried it, so i felt i had no choice. The cost for alterations was typical - high, but they paid close attention to the job, and were helpful in offering suggestions for length.
