My dress came in early and fit me like a glove. The constantan I ordered my dress with did a really good job and knew what size to order my dress in. The girls at the order desk wanted me to order a size 6 but my constantan told them I needed a size 4. After disusing back and forth a size 4 was ordered witch ended up saving money in alterations. Now the problems. For my fist fitting my dress was not pressed at all! They didn’t do any thing to it. They said they didn’t know I wanted to try on my dress even though I had an appointment. The bustle that I hade but on was not strong enough for the train I had. I feel that the seamstress should have known that it was going to be a problem. She didn’t give me an option to have more supports put in (if she had I would have paid for it).

My dress was freaking amazing! The price of the dress was far less than I would have thought it would be considering I'd been watching say yes to the dress for a year! It was perfect and the seamstress was so incredible - 10 days before the wedding my dress didn't fit but she didn't panic - told me to come back in 3 days and when I did it fit me perfect again - just the lady hormones causing havoc - but she was so comforting i knew she would make it fit whatever it took. All my guests couldn't believe how incredible my dress was and one of my sons was so blown away he said that i was the most beautiful bride and "hot" moms he'd every seen - something for a 17 year old to say.

This place is terrible! My sister in law got her wedding gown as well as my bridesmaid dress here and they did absolutely nothing to help us. When we got there, we noticed they were very rude to this woman who was at the front desk. Apparently they had booked another person in her time slot and had lost her dress somewhere in the back. When my sister in law recieved her dress, she noticed that a lot of the details were not the right colour. The beads were ivory instead of white and there were no buttons on the back. They insisted that thats the way she tried it on and she had to ask them 4 times to bring up the one she tried on before. When they brought it up, there were all the details she wanted. They knew they were wrong so gave the alterations for those things for free. It was at this time that they told her it was going to be over $500 for alterations! She took the dress and left. I didn't recieve my bridesmaid dress until the day before the wedding and was not impressed to find grease stains on the front of it. 2 out of 3 dresses were like this. Not only were there stains, my dress was also a size 8. I usually wear a petite as i am a tiny girl so when i saw that even after i had given my measurments, they had given me a size 8 i was very angry. I had to get it altered the day before the wedding which cost me an additional $45 on top of the $300 they already charged me.

They were fantastic - I was an easy going bride and needed no alteration - needless to say there was very little stress involved ! The only times I went there was to buy, try on and then pick-up my dress :)Over all they were courteous, well run and polite - I'd use them again in an instant !!!

I absolutely loved my dress. I did find the salesperson a bit pushy but that was exactly what I needed to commit to a dress. It took a month longer than expected to receive my dress but I was very happy with it once it arrived.

Amazing! I was booked in accidently at a time when they were closed, and yet the seamstress and the manager was there to greet me.

The service I received from day one was wonderful, the only small/minor complaint I have is the flexibility/availability of the fittings with a seamstress and the cost for just a hem & bustle was obscene (about 25% of the dress cost). Would recommend; however, if you can locate a good seamstress I would recommend it.
