The Bridal Suite

After having been to numerous places, I finally went to The Bridal Suite on the recommendation of a friend and am so glad that I did. Every dress they put me could have been a winner...but as it turned out, the first one was "it"... They listened to everything I described and it was like they got inside my head and actually understood exactly what I was looking for, when no one else had. Plus, the store is a converted house, which is cozy and warm.

The bridal suite did an amazing job with helping me find the perfect dress for myself, bridal party and Mother of the bride! They were so helpful throughout the whole process and our seamstress, Rosemary did a fantastic job with all of the alterations. If you're looking for a very warm and welcoming bridal shop, the bridal suite is it! They will take good care of you and make you feel at home!!

Thank you so much for your assistance with the dress for my daughters wedding. She looked like a priincess, and i have never seen such a beautiful dress. You made her special day come true. Thank you all for everything.

What a great team at The Bridal Suite. Kim, Toni & Rosemary were truly my angels when I panicked about my original dress purchased at The Bridal Suite. I ended up purchasing a second dress, a beautiful Paloma Blanca and they found a way to make it work 2 months before the wedding. We also purchased all of our bridesmaids gowns through the Bridal Suite. Great selection and wonderful staff.

They did a great job helping me pick out my dress. The seamstress was great!

The Bridal Suite were very helpful in finding the perfect dress for my daughters wedding. My daughter is very petite, and the associates recommended designers and styles that came in small sizes. They took the time to allow us to look at all the choices and did not rush us through our appointment. When it came time to order her dress, they were very helpful telling us about the custom measurements for the dress. The day we decided on a dress, we were at the store 3 times, and they did not get disgruntled with us at all. They are very professional and helpful. We also got the bridesmaids dresses from them, and they were very helpful in making sure the girls got the correct sizes. I would recommend the Bridal Suite for your wedding gown and also for the bridesmaids gowns. You will not be disappointed.

The Bridal Suite is hands down the best! The service is professional and accommodating. The staff does everything they can to take care of their customers and make sure their brides are happy. I got my dress, the bridesmaids' dresses, and the mother of the bride dress here and all looked perfect! Kim and Kate were especially helpful!

They were AMAZING! EVERY person there is knowledgeable and cares about your wedding day. I loved how they treated me and my family members--AND my dress was absolutely amazing!

The staff at the Bridal Suite is all the best. They were friendly and professional, never pushy, and I got a great deal on my dress. It was also helpful that all the services (seamstress, cleaning) could be set up through them. I thought they did well for my bridesmaids too. The only thing was that there was a slight problem with my dress (I insisted on silk, not poly, because it's lighter), and I paid extra for it. They didn't make it clear in the contract that the silk was what I was paying for, and subsequently I got a poly dress. It was still pretty, but not the same as the sample, and SO HEAVY! I knew as soon as I tried it on, and I suffered two moments of panic (1st after noticing the invoice didn't say silk, and next when the dress came and I tried it on). Both times, Kim was very soothing and calmed me down, reassuring me that it was just a mistake and it would all be fixed (they actually only do their Casablanca dresses in silk, that's why the sample was silk). And it came in plenty of time! The second dress came in just a couple weeks later, and more than 3 months before my date. It's not that things can never go wrong, it's how good of a job the vendor can do in those situations, and they were perfect!

I have been going to Bridal Suite not only for my own wedding, but for my friends weddings that I have been in. The service is great, Silvana was so helpful and still is helpful to this day. They were reasonable with their prices as well as getting the dresses in on time!

I went with the Bridal Suite to get my reception dress. The product was great and I recieved a discount for being a teacher. However, the women who worked there did not make me feel special. Brides like to be fawned over a little bit and I felt like they were disinterested. I came in by myself without a whole entourage and felt like I was treated as an afterthought compared to some other clients that were there. The seamstress was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend the Bridal Suite because they have a great selection of dresses, but the staff was just ok.

Kim helped me to pick out a dress that I would have never even tried on! It turned out to be my wedding dress and it was the PERFECT dress for me!!!! It was absolutely gorgeous and I was very satisfied with it. However, there were some issues along the way. For instance, they did not order my veil for me, but I had to call and remind them instead. If I did not call, then they would have never ordered my veil for me! Additionally, when measured, I had to remind them that I should be wearing my shoes. They also did not mark down the slip that I tried on the dress with originally. If you keep up with them the whole way, then I would recommend their services. Once receiving the final product, I was very pleased. If you are a forgetful person or if you expect them to keep up with every detail, then I would not recommend their services because you will be disappointed with them if they forget something associated with your dress. Also, you may find a cheaper price for the alterations. I ddi mine there and it worked out fine; it just was very expensive.

I found a Maggie Sottero dress online that I absolutely LOVED! Kim pulled some strings and was able to get the dress shipped in for me to try on. I immediately fell in love with it! Everyone at The Bridal Suite was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Kate LaMachia from the Bridal Suite is amazing! She helped me every step of the way and made the entire process fun and easy. They also give teacher discounts in the summer : ) Rose LaMachia, the seamstress, is wonderful and made my dress fit perfectly.

I purchased a Maggie Sottero dress during a trunk sale at the Bridal Suite. Dress was amazing. I didn’t really have a exact dress that I wanted just an knew I wanted crystals and a line. The Woman at the store found me some great dresses they all looked amazing but I had to go with the flirt fun dress.  Thank You Bridal Suite for making me look amazing on my wedding day.

I had the most wonderful experience buying my gown here! I went in with low expectations but luckily I was wrong. I found my dream gown, and they explained it could be ordered they way I wanted it (different bodice so there were straps so I could wear a real bra, not a strapless one). They took the time to pin lace on the bottom since I was thinking it was missing some detail there & really made me feel completely comfortable placing the order with a few custom changes. The gown came in just when it was expected and the alterations went smoothly. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here and they were great as well.

Everyone was just wonderful here! I got 100% the attention I need and found the perfect dress. I even had some "issues" with my dress the day of my wedding and they sent someone to my wedding and fixed my dress right before I walked down the isle. HIGHLY recommend them!!

I found an amazing dress at the Bridal Suite for under $1,000! (hard to believe these days.) Cindy was wonderful in helping me choose between the two dresses I was torn over, and she was always very helpful throughout the whole process. The only thing I do recommend is getting your alterations elsewhere. Someone comes into their suite weekly for alterations but myself and a few bridesmaids didn't quite get what we paid for. All in all, bridal suite is definitely a great boutique for any bride, especially those on a budget.

I JUST purchased my bridal gown at The Bridal Suite. Kim, the owner, came in on a Sunday for me, since I was in town visiting my parents for that day only. She was amazing to work with - extremely professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. Her sales "technique" (if you can call it that) was no pressure - more like a friend who was genuinely interested in you finding THE dress. She wasn't pushy and really let me, my mom and MOH discuss each dress. I also love that they are involved in Brides Across America - a nonprofit dedicated to supporting American troops and their families.

I just ordered my dress, so we'll see in a few months how the rest of the process goes, but so far I'm in love with The Bridal Suite!

The Bridal Suite, Kim, and the entire staff at the Bridal Suite in Hamilton were great. I found the pefect dress, bridesmaids dresses and my mother-in-law got her dress here to. They have a good selection and help you find that perfect dress.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding gown and found it for a great price at the Bridal Suite. The first tiem there I had a really great experience so we came back when it was time for bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress. Everyone found what they were looking for at The Bridal Suite. I will say they had a great selection. Unfortunately after the dresses were picked and ordered, the service went downhill very much. The girl who was altering my gown did not listen at all and I became very frustrated when I told her it needed to be smaller and each time I had come back that had not been done. The company that my mom ordered her dress from went out of business and they could not get her dress. The Bridal Suite was helpful in trying to find a sample that was in great condition that they could offer her, but barely budged on the price, which was off putting since my mom was getting a used dress that needed to be altered down by quite a few sizes. All of my bridesmaids gowns were measured wrong, I understand that most of the time the dresses come in a bit big to leave room for alterations, but most of the dresses came in small, and none of my bridesmaids had gained weight. It was very embarassing the amount of money the girls had to spend on alterations. I would recommend that people check out their selection, but if you have any problems, they may or may not care. The day of the wedding my sisters dress broke, the clasp was so poorly sewn on that the clasp just broke. My mom but her dress on and they store had removed all of her clasps that were necessary to tie the dress. We did call the store very angry of course, and had a hard time getting an answer. Lucikly my parents live close to the store and my dad convienced one of the employees to come to their house and rectify the situation. We thought that was the only problem, but we were wrong. After the ceremony and the pictures, we were trying to bustle my gown - all of the ties had been removed. i was so embarassed to have to use safety pins on my gown. What a shame.

I got the dress of my dreams at a wonderful price. The young lady, Kate, who helped me find the dress was superb. That being said, there were several mix ups regarding my dress that caused a fair amount of stress. My wedding was the 1st of May and I had not heard anything from them by March. I called them to find out when it should come in. I was told that there was a clerical error and they ordered my dress so that it would arrive for a September wedding. That obviously was not going to work. They then assured me the dress would be in on time for the wedding and they wouldn't charge me for the rush fees. They said I was lucky they noticed it! I was not a happy camper. I then spent the next two months waiting for my dress with no contact from them. I left message for them and received no word back. The dress came in a week and a half before my wedding. And when I went to their seamstress for my alterations, not only did I have to wait an hour and a half to see her but the staff at the bridal suite did not even inform her it was a rush job! The whole episode caused me a lot more stree than I needed. I bought a wonderful dress but it was definately a bumpy ride in getting it.

Should a BRIDE EVER have to fight with staff when buying her wedding dress? Danielle N. was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude when I was dealing with her for my wedding. She measured me incorrectly and did not want to help me fix the situation. I bought my wedding dress, veil, tiara, flower girl dress, mother of the groom dress, and seven bridesmaid dresses there, and she was still unwilling to help me. Also, my friends' wedding dress zipper broke on her wedding day when she was putting on her dress and the staff at The Bridal Suite were unhelpul. She had to change her photography plans and call a seamstress from the yellow pages beacuse no one at The Bridal Suite would help her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

I bought my dress and all my bridesmaid dresses at The Bridal Suite. I loved my dress and the girls dresses. Danielle worked with us and could not have been more helpful. The dresses came in earlier than expected and were great.

However, I was never called to make my final fitting and when I called I was told I waited too long and they were booked. They were not very accomidating to my schedule. They gave my bridesmaids the same treatment when they called to schedule appointments.

I chose The Bridal Suite because so many friends had positive experiences with the staff there. Every time I went in to look at dresses or for a fitting, I felt I was in good hands. I never minded having to wait a few minutes while my point person, Kim, finished up with a client, because I knew she was giving them the same attention and care she would be giving me. No one EVER looked at their watch while waiting on me or made me feel rushed - I always felt I was the most important bride they were working with. (By the way, I NEVER waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I don't know how they keep to that schedule without checking a watch.)

I didn't know what I wanted for a bridesmaid dress, just a color. Kim recommended a few that would compliment my dress based off of what I knew I didn't want my girls to be in - every one was gorgeous and I ended up choosing one of her recommendations! Everyone there is very familiar with their products and that makes a HUGE difference in service. Their prices are very reasonable - I was in another bridal shop recently and saw what they were charging for the wedding gown I had chosen at The Bridal Suite - I felt like I had gotten a great bargain at The Bridal Suite!

Because they give such personalized attention, I highly recommend calling for an appointment. If you just stop in, there might not be anyone available to help you.

I purchased a Maggie Sottero dress here that was exquisite (and was priced at the same rate as most boutiques). I also purchased my veil here, and when I found it somewhere else for $150 less, they matched the price (the only problem was, I wasn't given a refund, only store credit). Alterations seemed expensive ($300 for seemingly minimal work) though I heard from other brides that it was a pretty standard rate. The ambiance is wonderful--it's a charming two story boutique with an attentive staff.
