Ceremonies may be performed in same location as reception - we provide a small platform and additional decorative items

We can provide any linens, dishes, flatware, glassware, furniture, barware, tents, etc. that is desired.

Minimum 2 staff per 100 if using outside professional vendors. Up to 4 per 100 depending on requirements
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Vendors must be pre-approved.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Choice of musicians is allowed with prior approval by management.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Broadway Backstage adds another layer of chic. It is an additional space used for a lounge area, secondary bar, quiet zone, or overflow seating for dinner. Just a few steps down from the main hall.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes. The Broadway does not sell alcohol. alcohol is purchased by the client and served by licensed bartender which is a separate vendor.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
No permanent attachments to walls or brick.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
Photographer approved by management in advance.
What restrictions (if any) on videography?
Videographer approved by management in advance.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
Power requirements of musicians must be determined and approved in advance.
What restrictions (if any) on attire?
No restrictions except what is legal!
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
The Broadway reserves the right to limit sound levels to what is reasonable. There are no immediate neighbors to worry about.

Permits for tents, helicopter landings.

Security is provided and included in the rental rate for every evening event. Additional security may be required based on size of event and alcohol and must be paid by the client.
