Janan is an excellent baker, She was extremely flexible with our desired wedding cake design. We enjoyed working with her, throughout the entire process Since we met with her, we were absolutely impressed by her professionalism and passion in her job. We like the fact that she uses natural ingredients and has the option of having gluten free cake, which was a huge plus for us. When we did our tasting Janan (The Cake DIva) takes pride on what she does, She make at least ten cupcakes of the potential cake flavors, along with their respective filling and frosting. Let me tell you it was an amazing experience. Every single cake flavor, filling and frosting was delicious, of course making our decision to pick a cake flavor even harder, which is is a good thing, since we knew we are going to go with The Cake Diva. I couldn't wait to taste our wedding cake during our special day!
The process after booking her was super easy, she kept in touch with us, and answered all the questions we had. Very helpful lady. I highly recommend her to anyone, very reasonable prices, and extremely great customer service.

I LOVED the cake she made for me and everything is organic. WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL. She take cake making very seriously and is an artist at what she does. I plan on hiring her for cakes I need made in the future.

I was so impressed by the Cake Diva's work. She was incredibly flexible (especially dealing with a bride who changed her mind and made many last-minute requests), always friendly, and did great work. We surprised my husband with a groom's cake, and it was a big hit. It looked and tasted great, and everyone loved the idea. I'd definitely go back to the Cake Diva for our future cake needs!

Janan is amazing! She made cupcakes for our wedding reception a few months ago and we received so many compliments on the flavors and the presentation of the cakes. Janan took the time to a tasting of the several custom flavors we requested as well as a few more we allowed as a part of her creative freedom to create the flavors and presentation she thought would work.
Most of the flavors we chose were the ones she came up with but she really knows her stuff.
Janan was great at communicating with us before the reception to make sure everything would be set for the big day.
She did such a great job that we had her make a custom cake for my Dad's 65th birthday a couple months later. Once again she surprised us with her level of creativity and passion for what she does.

My husband and I loved working with Janan. We had the most incredible cake with two delicious layers. We ended up eating the whole cake at the wedding so for our one year we plan to just buy another! :) I would highly recommend having Janan make any bride's wedding cake since it was beautifully done and delicious.

Janan was awesome to work with! She has wonderful, creative ideas and created the MOST Beautiful and Tasteful cake. My husband and I fell in love with the nutella and buttercream filling and she came up with the idea to add Kaluha to the nutella and then, the almond cake she added hazelnuts to compliment the nutella filling. It was to die for, and I wish I could have another piece of it, whenever I think about it! Her fondant draping and creativity with the flowers and peacock feathers made it Stunning! She was efficient and I never felt that I had to worry about a thing!

it was a delight to work with the Cake Diva because she was quick to respond to communication, always arrived when we expected her, did exactly what she said she would, and best of all her cakes are absolutely delicious!! As the Mother of the Bride, I needed to have total confidence in The Cake Diva and I did. When we went outside for the wedding ceremony there wasn't any wedding cake, but when we came back inside there was the wedding cake on the table decorated with the fresh roses the florist left for her, and rose petals adorning the table top. I never saw The Cake Diva on the wedding day, but everything was exactly as we expected.

I am so glad we went with The Cake Diva to create our wedding cake. She is very professional, flexible, courteous, thoughtful, and her cakes are DELICIOUS!!! At our wedding we provided each table with it's own wedding cake. Janan at the Cake Diva helped turn our fun idea into a wonderful experience for our guests. She recommended different cake combinations (cake/frosting/filling)and brought decorating ideas to our first meeting so we could visualize each tables unique experience. Not only did the cakes look great they tasted amazying! It's been weeks since our wedding and we are still hearing about how great the cakes were and how fun it was to have different cakes to try. I highly recommend Cake Diva to anyone who wants a stress free, fun, classy and delicious wedding cake experience.

My younger sister and her fiance of one year decided (all of a sudden) that they were getting married in less than three weeks. As I was helping my sister plan the ceremony, dress, reception, ect, the cake slipped our minds. When I remembered, I decided I would surprise her with a nice cake. I called several local vendors and Janan was the first to respond (and also had a very impressive photo log on her website). She was incredible when it came to helping choose cake & frosting flavors and made a PERFECT cake with the exact style I was hoping for in less than 2 weeks! She even delivered it to the venue for me! Janan is wonderful! Go to her!

The name says it all! We got our highly personalized wedding cake from The Cake Dive- the only way to go. The service is supreme, and our cake was rich and creamy. Our wedding was in June and The Cake Diva took care of EVERYTHING leaving us to enjoy our day worry-free. We enjoyed the cake so much we also ordered a birthday cake from The Cake Diva, as expected it was superb, and she even delivered it to the restaraunt where we were celebrating!

Janan Juliff, The Cake Diva, made us a beautiful wedding cake for our wedding on May 29th 2010. Both my husband and I live in Boston MA and our wedding was held in Minneapolis MN. Not having a whole lot of time to plan on site, Janan was great about planning over the phone and via email. She was very flexible with our time frame. We had limited time to do a taste test before the wedding. On a short trip out to MN, she made a special trip out to the house we were staying in order to do the taste test. We knew we wanted a opera theater themed wedding cake. We gave Janan a few pictures and she designed us a wonderful cake. It was more beautiful than anything we expected. My mother in-law wanted to make our cake topper and Janan was very flexible with her schedule and planned everything with her over the phone. We only had a week before the wedding, in MN and she helped everything come together with our cake without any problems.
We would like to say, thank you very much for your help in making our wedding a perfect day.

When I walked into our reception the first thing that stopped me in my tracks was the cake. It was absolutely stunning! We really didn't want to do cake in the beginning, but then had a change of heart when we met Janan. The cakes she brought for us to taste test were absolutely wonderful. (I seriously never had a cake that tested that good) My guest still talk about how wonderful the cake was!! Not only did it taste great, but it really was a beautiful piece of art.

While her cake is delicious, we did not find her very flexible or easy to work with. She actually offered to cancel our cakes when we didn't get back to her with our count earlier than the date we agreed on. My husband insisted we never hire her again. Against my better judgment, I contacted her to make us something for our anniversary this year, and she totally flaked.

The Cake Diva is WONDERFUL! She made the most heavenly cake for my wedding and a groomscake that made our rehersal so special!!!

She met with us for a consultation at a location that was convenient for us. She had great ideas for our cakes and her cakes are a great value for the money.
