The Catering Cru headed by Chef Edwin is amazing! We asking for a non-traditional fare for our wedding reception: Mexican food including a fajita station (run by Chef Edwin himself!), a taco bar, and all the extras. The Catering Cru went above and beyond! The food was incredible! We still have guests talking about how good it was. We had a small (20 person) wedding and the Catering Cru went above and beyond for us. They were so professional, helpful, and made the reception unforgettable...thank you so much!

Edwin Hutchinson runs a professional catering crew! Our food at our wedding tasted just as wonderful as it looked! we had a beautiful ice sculpture with fruit and cheese, scallops wrapped in bacon, spanakopita, applewood smoked salmon, caramelized mustard pork, chicken and pineapple kabobs, rice pilaf, sweet and salty green beans! Everything tasted delicious, I still get comments about how good the food was! Everything was exceptional! Thank you Edwin and the Crew for all of your great work! Our wedding was a beautiful, happy, and fun wedding!

The food and its presentation was wonderful! Chef Edwin and his Cru did an exceptional job at our daughter's wedding reception, ensuring that everything went smoothly. It was top-notch in every aspect. We really recommend Chef Edwin and his Cru to everyone that is looking for quality food and service for an event.

Edwin is awesome, very professional, excellent tasting food, the buffet looked amazing, beautiful ice sculpture covered with fruit and cheese, staff is wonderful.
