The Channel

I don't know how I would have survived without Liz and Fred. I was a completely clueless, recently engaged girl when we first met and they showed me the way. Even when I had RIDICULOUS questions, they took the time to answer them all and calm my nerves.

The food...oh the food... My husband and I are BIG foodies and this place is undoubtedly the BEST food we've ever had at a wedding- and fortunately, It was OURS! We even had the BEST server there, Michael, take special care of us, making sure we ate and had everything we needed. I had a groom's cake, and Liz and Fred kept it a great secret and helped me figure out how to get it and set it up.

You really don't have to do much work if you book the Channel Club- they're like wedding coordinators and assistant planners and everything rolled into one!

The sunset is beautiful, and one of the best things about the venue is that you have it ALL TO YOURSELF- It's all about YOU and your SPOUSE and you don't have to share the place with anyone else.

Many of our guests told us that the Channel Club did a great job of making everyone feel involved and like they were a part of what was going on. Cocktail hour went smoothly into the reception and the toasts and courses and dancing. They have a perfect system!

We had a LOT of special little things (I'm Lactose Intolerant, we had people with disabilities, A Kosher Table, people with Celiac Disease...it goes on...) and they took the time and effort to make sure everyone was comfortable and VERY well fed. We got married on a Friday and they even made sure the Kosher table had wine and Challah to have their sabbath meal (at no charge!)

And let's not forget our crazy families... Liz and Fred so sweety and patiently accepted unannounced drop-ins from family members who wanted to see the place after we booked it, answered questions we'd already asked and they'd already answered. They are so skilled with dealing with the delicate balance of two families trying to plan one wedding.

I don't know how they do it, I'm just so grateful that I found them and that they made all our wedding dreams come true!

The Channel Club was absolutely phenomenal! They were helpful from the moment we booked them to the day after the wedding. They worked with us to make sure that every detail we wanted was a part of the wedding. Fred and Liz are quite a team! The food: EXCELLENT! View: EXCELLENT. Go there check it out...they do tastings once you book. It comes with so many things that your guests will be well fed, hopefullly not too drunk after 5 hr open bar :) Highly recommend it without reservation for a beautiful day on the riverside. Our wedding was incredible thanks to them!

Everything was amazing and so well taken care of.
