Our wedding "theme" was Italy (where DH and I met) and instead of having a grooms cake, we decided to get a gelato bar. Yum! We contacted the Chocolate Cup and they quickly sent us a quote for the services that we were interested in - very fast response time! They also gave us a list of the flavors they offer and even offered to send us samples, but we knew what we were looking for and picked out the four that we wanted (Bounthy, Mexican Vanilla, Strawberry, and Lemon). The entire time they were at our reception there was a HUGE line to get gelato! The server was very nice and I got a sample of all four flavors - delicious! The only bad thing was that I was dragged back out on the dance floor and didn't get to finish my gelato! I was very excited to have gelato again (since I hadn't had it after getting back from Italy) and I could tell my guests were equally as enthusiastic. The Chocolate Cup was great to work with, from the first time we emailed them, through the end of the reception. I highly recommend!

Everyone who knows me knows that I'm a huge coffee fanatic. I'm so excited that we'll be having an espresso bar at our reception. Of course you expect to see the bartender, which we'll definitely have, but I'm looking forward to the smell of espresso as soon as I finish dinner!

YUM! Chocolate Cup worked with us to find a fountain and dipping item combo that was customized to our liking. The fountain was just what my husband wanted for his version of the groomscake and couldn't have been happier about it. The pricing was more than we wanted to spend. It was comparable to buying an actual cake. But the service was amazing and responsive.

I had wanted the the coffee bar service before the wedding for the wedding party and then continued while guest began arriving and taking their seets. Also, I wanted an all white cake with light blue and navy ribbons cascading down the three tiers. Everyone was really nice and seemed as if they understood my requests, and acted as if they were completly do-able, but upon the wedding day things became chotic. The coffee guy was on time, but forgot a crutial peiice of the coffee machine, so he left to go get it, and then began serving after the guests arrived, so it was a little like what we had hoped for. He stayed later than he needed to opening wine bottles, I guess trying to make it up to us, but we really only needed him before. The cake was really really late and the wrong colors, so i don't really know what happened with that, but everyone said it tasted fine.
