Jeff and Jan made every part of our wedding day extra-special and memorable. They captured our day perfectly and were even able to capture those moments that would have been forgotten in the busyness of the day. Our pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous and we are extremely pleased with their work- they are very talented, professional and genuine. We trusted them with the investment of our wedding day and have been beyond thrilled with their work. Not only did they help to make our wedding day memorable, they were also a huge part in adding to the excitement of the months leading up to our big day. They are some of the most thoughtful people we have ever met and we are so grateful to have worked with them. We are also excited to call them our new friends!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

How many photographers do you work with?

Jan and Jeff always shoot together and while they have similar styles, they bring two perspectives to each setting.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We only book one event per weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

While we have never needed to take advantage of it, we are part of a group of photographers that would cover for us in the event one of us were not able to work the day of your event.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

We bring backup camera bodies, lenses and flashes.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We offer full day coverage so you don't have to guess how long you'll need us.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We ask that we be allowed to eat at the same time as your guests and preferably in the same room so that we are able to photograph any planned or unexpected events during the meal.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

We host proofs online for three months and they are typically available four weeks from your wedding day.
