They were the best to work with when finding my wedding dress! They have very experienced and honest staff and are also very flexible and patient! I was an out-of-town bride who bought my dress there. They were awesome and accomodating when I was donig my alterations. They also have a large selection of wedding dresses, which was great for me! I truly enjoyed my experience at The Collection and would highly recommend them to any bride!

I was torn between two dresses in two stores and I kept visiting a dress at the Collection. The team there was so nice to me and never made me feel like I was wasting their time! Mimi was great and made sure I looked perfect on my big day! My Monique Lhuillier dress was absolutely gorgeous!

The Collection is the absolute dream store to find your dress! When you picture the perfect wedding dress store, THIS IS IT! The gowns are gorgeous... they can be pricy since there are designer gowns but they also have ones that are more reasonable. The accessories there are BEAUTIFUL as well! We bought my dress, the bridesmaids dresses, flowergirl dresses, MOB dress, and accessories from here. Highly recommend!

My dress was everything I wanted and more! The ladies there are amazing and know exactly what looks great on! There were several dresses I liked and they just knew they would look terrrible......boy where they right. I couldn't have had better assistance and help in finding the dress of my dreams! They also made the experience amazing!

The collection made my Wedding Gown experience absolutely perfect, I couldn't have asked for better service. The manager, Roya, is such a sweet heart she helped us with everything and if anything was off she made sure it got fixed. Also the lady that alters the Gowns is very nice but even better she made my Gown perfect, I believe her name was Luz. Even the receptionist Stephanie is so nice and sweet, we would always be running late but she was always so nice and understanding. I truly am grateful for all they did for me.

Mimi & staff are great, and provide top of the line service & selection! Reem Acra wedding gown, and designer reception dress, both which took your breath away. Truly helped define our special day!

I have had past dealings with THE COLLECTION for other weddings I have participated in. When I finally got engaged, I knew it would be one of the stores I would consider for my wedding dress. I made a trip to the store with my mom, expecting to "begin" the process and see what was out there for wedding dresses. But on that first shopping trip, I surprisingly found my wedding dress and it was smooth sailing from then on.

I have to tell you that the customer service at THE COLLECTION has greatly increased and it is single-handedly due to them bringing on "Mimi" as a consultant. She is AMAZING!!! She also respects a bride's pricerange and doesn't try to upsell you anything you can't afford. At first, I wasn't liking any dresses I was trying on, but then Mimi pulled a dress and had a "vision" for how we could alter and customize it. She said "trust me" and I definitely did. We ended up taking off the satin belt and replacing it with a beautiful crystal encrusted belt that was a showstopper. We also ordered extra fabric and added removable straps so I was covered for the church ceremony. Mimi also suggested an amazing extremely long and detailed veil, which just topped off the overall look. And last of all, some amazing larger pearl and crystal dangle earrings. Ordering the dress and paying for the dress and accessories was simple and we had no problems with everything arriving on time. I was also able to have my alterations done in the store and I thought the pricing was a good value. Overall, I was able to get an amazing custom dress, while staying in my budget.

Mimi helps dress brides from head-to-toe and that is what makes the difference. She concentrates on an entire "look" for your wedding day. Her customer service and responsiveness is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does and loves all of her brides.

I would say that THE COLLECTION used to be a good store, but now it is a GREAT store because of Mimi. Brides-to-be you will not be dissapointed!

I went into my bridal appointment wanting to try on 4 specific dresses. The Collection ordered the samples ahead of time so that they were in stock. Everyone was so friendly and I can't say enough about how beautiful the alterations turned out!!

I had 2 weeks to get it cleaned, completely altered and fitted, and ready to go! The Ladies at The Collection made this happen and I am so appreciative as I was heading overseas to Australia until my upcoming wedding in Hawaii.

The wedding starts with the dress and the dress starts and ends with The Collection. I found my gown during a Monique Lhuillier trunk show and for the entire year that my gown was being created, shipped, and fitted, their service was exemplary. The Collection even fit my dress perfectly all in one day because I was coming from out of town. The gown and the staff are a dream!

Wow The Collection was amazing! I loved my shopping experiance with Roya and she truly made me feel like a bride. I was allowed to tweak my dress a little bit from the sample that I tried on which allowed me to order my dream dress, however; the thing that impressed me most of all was that a week prior to my wedding I tried on my dress and realized I had lost too much weight from my last fitting and the dress no longer fit (a good problem to have but still a problem). I called The Collection and they told me they were clearing their schedule and to just bring it in and they would make it work. I brought it in 3 days before my wedding on my drive up to my wedding venue and they had me in and out with a perfectly altered dress in an hour and a half - wow talk about service!

I bought my dress at The Collection in Winter Park and couldn't have made a better decision for my wedding gown. Not only was the gown beautiful, but Mimi and Stephanie helped me through my alterations process and so wonderful to work with. They pay very close attention to the details of making your dress fit you perfectly and always give 5 star service. I would recommend this boutique bridal shop to anyone and everyone!

I loved all the ladies at the Collection! They we always very helpful!!!

They have a beautiful selection of gowns, they will negotiate the price (found same dress not 3 blocks away for $600 less/ they gave me the dress for less) BUT, with everything going on in my life with the wedding and my career change, they never called me to remind me of when fittings needed to be scheduled (i live 2 hours away!) and if I would try and call them, i would leave a message and not hear back for weeks! Eventually i stopped leaving messages and just continued to call until someone answered. Plus, they charged me $329 for alterations and all they did was hem the bottom of the gown and add a bustle! way over priced- that and my veil was $300!!

This is a great shop if you are looking for a designer wedding dress. All the ladies made my experience great! They were very nice and helpful with everything. They steamed my dress and vial perfectly and left me with great memories! Very happy I purchased my dress from this shop.

The only reason I bought my dress here is because I fell in love with THE DRESS and could not find it anywhere else. I thought they were very unprofessional. When I picked up my veil there were holes in it and they told me they would send it out and fix it. Over a month later after not hearing from them I stopped by to pick it up and they had it wrapped up in a bag and told me it had been fixed. I decided to check before I left the store and the holes were still there. They had never sent it out to be repaired. I ended up taking my dress to be altered at another place since I had lost all confidence in them.

I bought my wedding gown from The collection. They were always vailable to help and guide me . The ladies are very profational and experienced.
I live out of town and I had to change my appointment a few times. They did change it with no problems . They alter and press my Wedding dress, and I have my pictures to remind me that I have made an excelent choice to buy my dress from The collection. Every bride who wants to have an great experience finding her dream dress and great service should visit The Collectin Bridal first.

I was lucky to find a red wedding dress at this store. It was the only one they had... but it was "the one" when I tried it on. The dress was on sale, so the price was as reasonable as you can expect for a wedding dress. The alterations department was great, though perhaps a little pricey.
I guess the only complaint I could have is some difficulty in communicating (especially since I live 2 hours away), and that's probably based on a little bit of a "snooty" approach. I think it's just part of the culture in the store - which I saw in many bridal stores anyways, so it's not unique or really that big of a deal.
I was also frustrated because I was told by one associate that it was not possible to bustle the dress ... but, once I got it after my final fitting (and only a week until my wedding)... and was desperate for a bustle... I was told it was no problem at all to add.
A little bit of an unnecessary frustration that could have been eliminated by not trying to rush me out the door the first time I asked, and we could have done the addition right away..... or if the associate would have just checked with alterations rather than just answering the question.... - but, eh, all in all, I got a great dress.

On the day I had an appointment, so did every other bride in Central Florida! It was very crowded, but the lady working with me still found a way to make it feel very special and like I was the only bride in there! I was so happy to find my dress on the first visit. They were very easy to work with. I did not have my fittings there, as I live out of town, so I can't comment on that. They did order a sample of the fabric for both my mother and I so we could use it to match for other things. Thank you.

With only one scheduling mishap, the Collection did great job with working around my schedule (from Tampa) and the alterations were perfect. The group there was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful guiding brides in the right direction when working within a budget.

I live in Gainesville, so to get a better variety of wedding gowns I went to Orlando to look - so happy I did! The Collection was suggested to me by a friend of mine who ordered her gown from there. As they carry Vera Wang, I was worried that they might not have dresses within my price range but I was dead wrong. I tried on a gorgeous Paloma Blanca that we all feel in love with, and it happened to be very reasonably priced. They were amazing to work with for the alterations, as I wanted their seamstress to work on it and they knew I lived in Gainesville. They did all the alterations in one fitting, so I didn't have to drive down so much, and it also saved me money. I also found my earrings there from (surprisingly) the Disney wedding collection. Was very pleased with them - sweet ladies as well! Great to work with.

I had been unsure about going to The Collection at first. Other dress shops told me that my budget was too low for the store and that the people at The Collection would put me in a $10,000 dress that I would love and have to have but obviously would not be able to afford. Boy were those people WRONG. I would 100% recommend working with Diane if you go into The Collection. Diane knew my budget from the start and was so sweet in making sure that I found the dress of my dreams for my budget. One time I strayed and picked a dress that she knew I couldn't afford and she wouldn't let me try it on (not in a mean way - just in a way that was like "you know you would be sacrificing a lot for this dress and it isn't worth it). In the end, I found the dress of my dreams. I would recommend Diane and not anyone else because when I went in for my first fitting, I did have another girl helping me and she was in no way as good as Diane. The other women I've noticed to be a little stuffy. Like I said, make sure to get Diane and I'm sure you'll be happy. Oh! Another to note - I had no idea about the cost of alterations and it did come as a complete suprise to me. $350 to alter my dress was a bit of a shock but they did do a good job.

My bridesmaids dresses were from the Collection. They were supposed to order my dresses and then called me a couple of days later and asked what ribbon color I wanted (then actually placed the order for my dresses). The sizing on my bridesmaids dresses was weird and my bridesmaids had to tell them what size. Other than that, they were professional and the dresses came in on time and where what we ordered.

The best collection of gowns if you are looking for the best - not a place you go to find a deal. Altogether I spent nearly $6,500 at the shop. The quality of my dress was amazing - it took a long time to get the dress from the designer and I felt that it would have been nice to receive something from the actual designer (even if just a cookie cutter letter). Alterations were expensive but my dress was intricate so that's probably why. I'd absoluetly recommend this shop for teh upscale bride.

With most clothing, I strongly believe you pay for what you get. While the Collection is certainly not the shop for a girl looking for a brand new wedding dress for under $1000, it is the perfect place for someone who wants to wear a truly luxurious wedding gown. It is clear from the selection of samples that the Collection values quality of fabric and construction. The staff was professional and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend shopping at the Collection.

My dress was gorgeous! The shop was so beautiful and there are so many dresses to choose from! I would say at least go have a look!

This is a very elegant bridal shop. I did not buy my own gown here but did order all of my bridesmaid dresses here. They carry Vera Wang and so I chose them for those dresses. They were kind, but did not seem to want to go out of their way to help. I felt that the sales people were a bit apathetic. Maybe it was because I was not buying my own dress there??? Also, again they have great gowns but their own samples were dirty, old or in poor condition. Sometimes that got in the way of enjoying the gown you were trying on.

It is still one of the best places in Orlando to get your gown. I would try it if you want a couture dress.

I purchased my wedding gown and all of my (10) bridesmaid's dresses here. They were very helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Easy to communicate with and the dress was absolutely gorgeous. It was unique and everything I had hoped it would be. Their seamstress did a wonderful job taking it in (especially because of all the beading). Highly recommended!!!

When I was little, I used to say to my mother that I was going to have a Vera Wang dress... I about died when I looked at the dress I had tried on and fell in love with to find that it was made by Vera Wang. The Collection staff is wonderful and have all types of dresses and of all prices. I would certainly give them a shot when looking for your dress. We wound up find my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, the flower girl dresses and my jewelry.

I ordered my Alvina Valenta wedding gown from The Collection. I lived in Gainesville, not Orlando and had to do all of my correspondence on the phone or online. My phone number changed during the six months I was waiting for my dress to arrive. I called and spoke with a salesperson to let them know my new number so they could call when it came. Well, two weeks after the expected arrival date I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check on the status of my dress. This was the response I got: "Oh, I'm glad you called! We were about to put the dress on the sales floor because it's been sitting here for over a month." This was my $3000 gown that was already paid in full. In addition, they charged me $80 to ship the gown. The actual postage cost was $7 and the package was not insured. It arrived in a small box with no packing material. The dress itself was in a clear plastic bag. I had specifically asked if I could purchase a garment bag and was told that all custom ordered gowns came with a free garment bag. Maybe I would have received better service if I lived in the Orlando area, but with the experience I had, I definitely would not recommend The Collection, especially with something so important.

Fantastic selection. The whole staff treated me and my bridesmaids like royalty! They adjusted their schedule (opened on "closed" days) to make sure everyone could get to their fittings. Everything was beautiful and the staff was wonderful to work with.

The ladies at the Collection are wonderful. I picked out my Vera Wang dress in NYC, and they were able to order it and give me a better deal. They will work with you and help you become the princess you want to be on your big day.

The dress of my dreams, a beautiful store, very helpful service, a wonderful expereince. I even negotiated to get my alterations for free (which were perfect, by the way - a gorgeous bustle!).

The space is a bit cramped - it will depend on your salesperson is for the quality of service. The dresses are absolutely beautiful.

Diagonally across the street from my shop on Park Ave in Winter Park, the gowns are incredible in the windows! Stop and take a look!
