The Collector cafe is The Hollywood Schoolhouse's in-house caterer. The chef was very helpful to us in deciding the menu based on our budget. The food was delicious and many guests commented on the quality and taste of the food.

our families are still talking about how good the food was at our wedding! chef frank was so easy to work with and was very accomoadating in making special requests. he actually let us bring in a favorite cookie recipe to have at the wedding. there was plenty of food, and they packed up a togo package for the bride and groom to take home with them that night, it was enjoyed :)
