The Enchanted Bride

I went in to pick out a dress, WORST experince I had. The sales woman Judy was very unprofessional with her rude and inappropriate comments, about my weight and size. I am not a small girl, I am also not the biggest bride to wear a wedding dress. Please resort back to when you were a child, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. And do not assume that every woman that walks through the door is a bridezilla... I didn't buy my dress from this vendor, but I thought that my experience should be shared...

All of the ladies at The Enchanted Bride were great! It was very easy to select a dress and they were so much help with the selection of the vail, jewelry,etc!

Small shop but I was sold on the treatment I received. I visited the shop SEVERAL times before I made my final decision. They were always friendly and allowed me to try on the dress multiple times – showing it to different family & friends. They also do the alterations in the store which was A BIG plus for me. I liked working directly with the seamstress – Japanese woman and was EXCELLENT! Very fair prices, too.

They were very helpful and the place was very classy. They really listened to me when I told them about the style I was looking for and helped me find the dress of my dreams! Alterations were perfect. I also got lots of good advice about accessories and bridesmaids' dresses. On the downside, they were a little bit pushy about purchasing jewelry from their store.


The girls all said that they were very easy to work with for ordering and alterations of bridesmaid's gowns. Also were very affordable.

I am so glad that I went to The Enchanted Bride. I highly recommend this vendor. Their dresses are beautiful!

Loved my dress. They did great alterations for me- I was living out of state so they worked around when I would be in St. Louis to do the alterations. Just made me a little nervous that when we picked the dress up the evening before the wedding it was still damp from being steamed. The dress wasn't ready until then but it all turned out well.
