We went with the cheapest package they had which means they pick the DJ and we only spoke to him once before the wedding - over the phone and about 3 days before the wedding! A little stressful for the controlling bride, but it worked out well. We felt comfortable that he understood our needs (not cheesy or pushy) over the phone and on the day of he was very good at communicating with us, making announcements to the crowd and sticking to our Must Play and Don't You Dare Play lists.

Reception:

good guy, liked our kinda a music as well… Ran the entire reception, which was great I did not have to worry about anything. He’s more than just playing music! He also has done several weddings at the Croatian so very familiar with Mike. Mike runs the Croatian.

We had the pleasure of having Cali Mefford as the DJ at our wedding and she did a phenomenal job! We were instantly comfortable with her and she offered great suggestions and insights when we met with her to discuss our music. At our wedding she did an excellent job of changing the music up to keep people on the dance floor and keep the party moving! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a DJ for any type of event.
