The Farm

The customer service at The Farm was great. My family and friends really enjoyed the location. My family, husband and myself stayed on site the weekend or our wedding and the cabins were beautiful and well cared for. My husband and I will be returning to stay in the cabins again!

We were married on July 24, 2010 and everything about The Farm was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the first moment we met the staff, our friendly rep was Tony, to the rehearsal, the wedding, reception, and friends and family gathering it was everything we could have ever dreamed and never imagined for our wedding.

I had found The Farm on the internet, but as beautiful as the pictures were it did no justice to just how the setting was perfect for our laid back yet elegant wedding. Tony and Bev were great in that they helped with our vision and gave us ideas of how to make it even better. They were so accomodating, not pushy, and even with their ideas let us make it our wedding...not theirs (which is very hard to find with site representatives). From the moment we saw the site in person we fell in love with it, but the staff made it a definite. The staff at the rehearsal and day of the wedding were just as amazing....so accomodating and again, we gave our vision and they went with it always smiling and doing whatever was needed to make our day the most special day ever.

We chose to rent one of the cabins out, not only for our first night as a married couple, but that was also were the wedding party got dressed and ready for the wedding and that worked out perfect. We were able to get amazing pictures in and around the cabin, but it also was a perfect spot for lots of room to get ready. The cabin was absolutely georgeous (many of our friends are wanting to just go back and rent out the cabin for a weekend). Again, it was very clean yet gave the feel of just an overall great experience.

Our day was truly an amazing day filled with love with our new family, but without a doubt The Farm played one of the biggest parts in creating the atmosphere for everyone to love and enjoy the day with us. Many friends are considering The Farm for their family events or any other event.

The Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! The facility and grounds were beautifully maintained and the services promised were delivered 110%! The owners helped us with all aspects of pulling off our perfect celebration. Our friends and family are still talking about "that beautiful place" where we had our wedding and "those wonderful people" who coordinated it all! I highly recommend The Farm for celebrations and gatherings of all kinds.

The Farm was absolutely amazing and the perfect place for our wedding! The Farm is located in a great place that is away from a lot of hustle and bustle, but still close enough to downtown. The staff keeps The Farm in excellent condition and have perfect small touches. From the first day we called The Farm to tour the facility to our wedding day, the staff was always responsive and helped us make decisions based on The Farm. Every occasion that we spoke to them they were always so friendly, professional, and very excited about our wedding!
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect due to the staff! Everything was set up perfectly and handled between the staff and the wedding coordinator, and I did not have to worry about a thing. That is such a relief for a bride!
The weather did not look like it was going to work in our favor to begin with, so when the rain started the staff moved everything into the barn very quickly and had everything ready to go (even the golf cart to drive me and bridesmaids with an umbrella around to the front of the barn). What is even more amazing is that the rain stopped right at the time the ceremony was to start, and the staff moved everything back outside within 5 minutes and we were able to have our perfect wedding outside.

The Farm was the perfect setting for our wedding and reception. Everything went so smoothly and beautifully! The Farm staff made the transition from our ceremony to the reception so amazing. During the switch, we were busy finishing up our photos and greeting our guests, we never even realized that tables were being moved into place. It was wonderful! Bev was so great in helping us plan a realistic goal for the number of guests and tables for the reception. She was always readily available to answer questions during the planning of our wedding. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. I would highly recommend The Farm!!

The Farm was a beautiful location for events/weddings. It is perfect for a farm-like, but modern, affair. Everything about the barn is excellent, and I love the wraparound porch with hanging ferns, rocking chairs, and the doors that open up to this from the inside. Their service was overall good and rental selections were nice. My main complaint is to be prepared to be charged for every little thing. What is included in the rental price are very basic basic things. Most of what you want is an extra fee.. the rentals are very over-priced. The contract for the place very detailed due to the owners' picky attitude, and just be weary beforehand that they want to know every little thing and detail that you are doing and having while you are renting the place.

LOVE working at the Farm! Many of my brides have chosen this venue simply because it has so much character... not to mention, the staff is a joy to work with. :) Highly recommend!

The Farm is a great outdoor venue for your wedding, with grassy fields and a gazebo for your ceremony, and a fantastic indoor facility for your reception (or weather back-up for your wedding). Great people to work with.

A very beautiful and unique venue that is a must see!

Another great NC mountain venue, The Farm is a terrific spot for a laid-back BBQ, or elegant sit-down dinner. Has a very authentically Carolina feel and the acoustics inside are great for live music. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We hope to return there soon.

I adore working with Bev and the team at The Farm. It is such a magical place and it truly captures the beatuy of the mountain and the elegance that each clients wants for a wedding. They are such a professional team to work with and you can really create the wedding of your dreams with this venue. I highly recommend working with The Farm - just love it there..

A beautiful location for any type event! The Farm has some much character and their some many locations on that property for incredible photos! We have done a Wedding Festivals fashion shoot there in past and the images were amazing!

Absolutely LOVE shooting at the farm! They have cabins where you and your guests can stay and the people are so friendly! Great wedding location!
