The Boathouse

This was the most awesome location for our ceremony and reception. Never have we received more compliments than on the locations of our wedding! It was a perfect day and we owe a lot of that to The Boathouse!

Julia (our coordinator) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She managed the entire day and all of the minute details that it entailed with perfection. Friends and family had rave reviews for everything from the service to the atmosphere - I highly recommend considering the Boathouse for your big day!

The Boathouse was where we had our first date, so it was our 1st choice for our wedding. We wouldn't have changed a thing! Julia Wingfield was great to work with & everything went off without a hitch. All through the reception, our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the ceremony was and how good the food was. Knowing that Julia had eveything under control allowed us to relax & have a great time. We had a blast!

Julia Wingfield provided the best service and made our wedding a day to remember. The attention to detail and responsiveness of the staff made my vision come true. The food, staff, decor and their work with the vendors was just great. I recommend Sunday Park to anyone!

We have selected The Gardens at Sunday Park for our ceremony and reception site, as well as the caterer. The fee listed ($1,100) covered the ceremony and reception rental, but not the catering. It's a beautiful place and the event coordinators are really friendly and helpful. They have discounted rates for out-of-season weddings and provide in-house catering. They do not charge a cork fee or cake cutting fee, so this place is really down-to-earth. Their on-site restaurant, The Boathouse, is really well-known and respected in the area and serves great food.

We useed The Gardens at Sunday Park for our rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception and we absolutely loved all of it! The food was great at both the rehearsal dinner and reception; and they had enough food choices that none of the same foods were served twice. The event coordinator we were given through The Gardens was absoletely wonderful, she was so easy to get along with and she definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. If you are looking for an outside wedding at sunset, you can stop searching because you have found your venue. We got married right before sunset and having the sun setting in the pictures was absolutely beautiful!!!!Everybody who attending my wedding afterwards was saying that it was by far the nicest and prettiest wedding they had been to. If you choose this venue I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Anne and her team really made it easy to plan a wedding. We could have both the ceremony and reception all at the same location, plus they catered. They provide all your tables, linens, glasses, dishes, silver ware, cake cutting, wait staff, and bartenders. It really made it easier to have all those different items taken care of by the vendor! I didn't have to worry about bringing in outside help from 6 different vendors. I just needed to provide the additional vendors I chose, like a DJ and or musician(s), photography, cake maker, and flowers/decor. They also provide a wedding planner on the day of the wedding, so you don't need to go outside and hire one. They coordinate it all, so you get to enjoy the day!!!! There's also an on-site bridal suite. The team is willing and able to go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect!! I highly recommend this site, especially for those looking for an outdoor ceremony! Most of your money gets spent on the reception with the food and alcohol. The site fee and ceremony fee are definitely reasonable!
