The Grand of Long Beach

The Grand at Cal State Long Beach was the only allowed caterer of our venue (Earl Burns Miller Japapnese Garden). Becky Drouin was my contact person and she made the whole process of deciding buffet vs. served, linens, hors d'euvres completely painless. She answered all my emails and calls, and more emails lightning fast. On the day of the wedding everything was served on a timely manner with very professional staff. Also, my guests could not stop raving about the bartender!
