The Ivory Suite Bridal Boutique

just had my wedding this past weekend Aug 2009 and I wanted to complete my review of The Ivory Suite Bridal. I loved loved loved my dress. The seamstress that Gina and Nicole recommended helped me fit my dress in 4 fittings, which was great because the dress was comprised of many layers and made of delicate silk organza. I was worried at first whether the dress could be altered well since they had to take the dress apart to do this. But after the bust was taken in I was confident. Furthermore, Gina was so helpful in letting the seamstress know what things needed to be taken in, improved on etc... especially when I had to attend a fitting alone. The amount of personal customer service is beyond what most bridal suites provide. They truly care about their product and sincerely want you to be fully satisfied with what you bring home. Anyhow, I preferred the lightweightedness of the gowns found here because it makes the day of the wedding much more comfortable and light. Most other dresses at other salons are very thick and heavy. To conclude, this place was excellent in both the selection of styles of gowns and the customer service. No horror stories here!

Although I did not end up purchasing my gown at this boutique (budget issues, it had nothing to do with them) I wanted to rate them anyway.

They're store is small and cute, and does not overwhelm you. The owners Gina and Nicole are lovely ladies who really want to help you find your perfect dress. They're very friendly and don't pressure you into anything.

I had been to many other bridal stores, large and small, but had never experienced something like The Ivory Suite. As soon as we walked in I felt calm and soothed. We were greeted by the owners Nicole and Gina, who are warm and friendly. The dresses are beautifully displayed, easy to see, not squashed in a heap like many other bridal salons. They have a wide ranging selesction of gorgeous gowns and veils. Nicole and Gina are very informed and asked all the pertinent questions, and seemed generally interested, again, not something I had experienced at other salons. I explained what I was looking for and they picked out some stunning gowns for me to try on. They nevre pushed, but assisted in helping me to choose the best gown for my big day. These women are truly excellent at what they do. After narrowing it down to two dresses, I returned the following week to try them each on again and make my decision. Gina and Nicole were very helpful, we talked through each dress, and they were patient and instructive, very easy to work with. I ended up buying my gown here, and I am thrilled! I have to say that part of it was the wonderful experience that I had working with Nicole and Gina. I highly reccommend visiting this very special salon, and experiencing the hands on excellent service that Gina and Nicole will provide for you for your big decision!!
