The Jewelry Exchange
Reviews for The Jewelry Exchange
Not sure if this is part of the chain over in Tustin or not, but if it is I love them! My fiance got my engagement ring there and then we went out shopping for a matching wedding band. We went to several other stores, and some of the big nation-wide retailers and their diamonds looked horrible compared to mine. They were blatantly yellow compared to the ones we got at the jewlery exchange. Needless to say we went back to them and purchased both of our bands from them and couldn't be happier!
My engagement ring was purchased at the Jewelry Exchange in Tampa for a significant discount compared to what it retailed for in major jewelry stores. We only spent $450 for a 14k gold band with an oval shaped diamond solitare of just over .50 carats. In major stores like Kay's we saw the same rings in similar clarity and carat weight retail for about $1500! I was pleased with the service. They resized my ring within a day. If we had come a bit earlier (we went around 4pm) they would have been able to provide the ring same day. I was also very surprised that the diamonds still had very good clarity. We had been concerned that the lower price was because the diamonds they used were lower quality; but they really weren't. They didn't have as good of a selection in wedding bands though, particularly not in larger sizes for ladies.
We purchased our rings from The Jewelry Exchange in Villa Park. They offered good, competitive pricing on their selection. The staff was friendly and helpful during our selection and decision-making process. No problems or hassle.
This is where we went for an engagement ring and let me tell you that it is smart to go there and know the exact amount you are going to spend, because they quote you many different prices, sometimes on the same item. It is not a matter of negotiating the price down it is a matter of them choosing to negotiate with who they want. Basically if you have a little money to spend it is a good chance they will tell you an amount right over what you have.
