KC was our DJ for our wedding last month and we are still hearing what an extraordinary entertainer he was! EVERYONE from the older guests to the younger guests to our friends were on the dance floor the entire night, and almost every guest has said that our wedding was the most fun wedding they've ever attended. For me, being in the industry, it was extremely important to have the best of the best being and KC undoublty delivered just that! I truly do not have enough good things to say about him and KC Entertainment!

Larry was amazing! From the first visit to the end of our wedding Larry did everything to make us feel very comfortable. He checked in often, double checked and checked again. He made suggestions that were perfect! He respected us as a couple and met our needs. His assistant was GREAT! The photo booth is a MUST have and a great addition for a wedding. He helped make our wedding a success!!!!!! Thanks Larry, Julian and Mickey!!!!!

Larry and the Keith Christopher Entertainment Group helped make our reception the party of a lifetime! We received so many compliments on the music from our guests...from both the young and the old! Larry and his team created one of our favorite memories of the day: Being encircled by our guests singing Sweet Caroline (the last song) at the top of our lungs. It was like a huge group hug. That moment would not have been possible without Keith Christopher!

We are SO happy with our decision to go with KC Entertainment. Larry was very professional, genuine and helpful when we met with him. Jason Roth was our DJ and he did a phenomenal job. The dance floor was packed all night. He and about 75+ guests even surprised my hubby and I with a flash mob. SO awesome. It was the best night of our lives and our guests had a blast. We are still getting rave reviews. We also went with the Photo Booth and used it as our guest book. What a riot! Our guests had so much fun in the photo booth and it shows in the hundreds of hilarious pictures in our book. So worth it!
We also booked our ceremony music through KC. We had a violin and classical guitarist play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. They played all the songs we requested and sounded absolutely beautiful.

We had the pleasure of having Keith Christopher himself MC our wedding. His excitement and passion what he does really made everyone so excited to get ready to party! He started off the night by introducing our wedding party in a fun and playful way that had everyone pumped up for the night to begin. He had the dance floor packed from the time it opened until even after the last song was played, people didn’t want to leave! My legs are still sore from all the dancing! Also, at the last minute we decided we wanted to have uplighting since our wedding reception was in a tent. Not only was he able to do this for us but it added an whimsical elegance that just wrapped everything we put together for the night together. It was gorgeous.

From the very first time we met KC and Larry, our wedding planning nerves were set at ease. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but both men were clearly experienced and knowledgeable professionals. We had no reservations when selecting our entertainment packages, and KC offered many suggestions regarding how to create an atmosphere of comfort and excitement at our reception. It was evident that he knew exactly what it took to engage all of our guests- ranging from teenagers to those in their 80s. We received nothing but compliments from our guests, and in fact, many "complaints" that our hall wouldn't let us stay any later. Our guests were on the dance floor all night long. KC's expertise was visible throughout the entire evening. Unlike at many weddings we've attended, where a song changes and the floor suddenly clears out, ruining the entire rhythm of the evening, KC was able to read the crowd and kept everyone satisfied all evening. We highly, highly recommend using Keith Christopher Entertainment for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!

Larry at Keith Christopher Entertainment was GREAT!! He was super helpful and accomodating. He helped us plan our entire event. He made GREAT song suggestions and found songs that we wanted that were difficult to find. He was also so KIND and personable!! LOVED HIM!!!

I hadn't a clue about the many details pertaining to my husband (that still sounds so new to me =D) Chris and my wedding, being an only child, this was my first experience inside the planning of a wedding. I was a little intimidated starting off...luckily a coworker referred us to Keith Christopher Entertainment. Which reminds me, I should prolly get her something extra special around the holidays. Lol We met w/Larry who is an extremely caring individual. I think that he sensed our cluelessness and anxiety about this huge undertaking. He held our hands and gave us a lot of advice but didn't "sell" us. I have to admit, there was definitely sticker shock about the price...I had no clue what anything would cost. And the dj was on the low end of what we thought our priorities were...lemme tell ya how wrong we were! Thankfully Larry's demeanor and honesty made it a no brainer that we wanted to be in business w/him for the next 10months. We couldn't have been happier, Larry's recommendations of other vendors and tips and suggestions were golden. We were fortunate enough to have the owner, KC, dj our wedding! He handled everything. I was a little nervous going into the reception but after the introductions, everything was seamless. If there were problems, Chris and I still to this day are unaware of them. And our guests are STILL talking about the dj! About how he wasn't "cheesy", "didn't talk just to hear the sound of his own voice", "he was so nice to our children", "I haven't danced like that since college"...and the compliments go on, seriously. Chris and I graciously say thank you. But all the while knowing, it had nothing to do w/us. So I'd like to thank: Sandra for the awesome recommendation; Larry for getting us through all the months of planning and nerves; and KC for making it an extraordinary evening for us, our families, and friends. Kc and his team were Awesome since we first booked with them...they made sure everything was planned perfectly he met with us and got to know us and our bridal party so on the day of our wedding we all would feel comfortable. They even made our very own special first dance song which was a huge hit..thank u!!! As for the wedding we received complements from our guests of how great of a DJ we had and our dance floor was packed all night..if your looking for a DJ that is professional, personalable, and will keep your party Going this is them

We were behind in getting our wedding organized as I had just moved here from CA. I had found KC Entertainment from our venue Georgios so I scheduled an appointment with them and another vendor. Robert and I met with Larry and enjoyed our meeting with him. He asked if he could DJ our wedding personally since we had such a fantastic meeting with him....we walked out the door and I was ready to sign Larry up right then and there but we were obligated to meet with the other vendor, who as you can tell, didn't capture us as much as Larry & KC Entertainment did. We worked with Larry on what songs we wanted and how we wanted the night to progress, but asking Larry to use his DJ magic to work the evening away. We had a fantastic time! Although the dance floor we had was small, there was always someone (including me the bride) dancing the night away. I was so disappointed when midnight came as that meant the evening was ending because we were all still having an awesome time! Thank you Larry for making our reception (oh, and they did our wedding ceremony for us also - which was beautiful) spectacular! I would recommend Keith Christopher Entertainment to any and everyone that I can!

We used Keith Christopher Entertainment for our wedding, and we we're fortunate enough to have KC as our emcee and his staff to do all the uplighting and sound. Keith Christopher was one of our easiest vendors to work with. Unfortunetly we had to change some of our vendors last minute which was very frustrating especially two weeks before the wedding. It was great to work with a company that had so much experience which allowed us to not worry about a thing. We explained to KC in weeks prior that we wanted a fun and energetic wedding and that is exactly what he did.
The day of our wedding KC and his staff was set up long before any guests arrived. Because of the rain the day off, our ceremony had to be moved inside into the reception area, everyone was very accomodating. Once again we were very fortunate to have KC as our emcee, he walked us through everything that day. From organizing our entire bridal party for introductions to personalizing our first dance. Our DJ Darrel had everyone dancing all night.
We had such a great wedding. Kc and his entire staff really went above and beyond for us.

After shopping around extensively for the best DJ/Entertainment company, my fiancee and I booked Keith Christopher Entertainment. And we were not disappointed! In fact, some of my friends who were recently engaged contacted me after the wedding so they could book Keith Christopher for their wedding as well! The whole night was flawless because of our DJ. He rocked the introductions and had the dance floor packed all night long. As a matter of fact, some of my favorite photos from the wedding are all our guests out on the dance floor having a blast! I would recommend Keith Christopher Entertainment to everyone!

KC is loads of fun! He really knows how to get a crowd going and played a great selection of music. I know my guests really enjoyed themselves at our reception and I have KC to partially thank for that.

James and I hired four services with one visit to Keith Christopher Entertainment. Larry was our sales person and from the moment we sat down we were impressed with his knowledge of the business, understanding of our needs and the ability to answer our questions and concerns. We were so comfortable with the company and Larry we asked if he would be our DJ. The music was perfect and everybody danced all night. Even the people that don't dance commented that the music wasn't so loud that they couldn't talk. I can't say enough about Larry. We also hired Modern Image Photography and Video for our wedding. They were fun, professional and gave us a great memory of our day. They worked as a team all day. Just Great ! Lastly we booked our Limo on a referral from KC. A Dynasty did a fantastic job. We used the 1940 Cadillac and what a blast. Super car and wonderful driver. From our very first meeting with Jason until the last song was played at our wedding, our expectations were profoundly exceeded! The professionalism and energy that Keith Christopher Entertainment brought to our wedding was unlike any other I have ever experienced at any wedding. It was all the little things that Jason did that made our wedding so special. Jason made sure that our photographer was ready to capture all the special moments (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) before starting. We had several "non-traditional" wedding songs that we had requested and Jason made sure that they were all played! Jason kept the dance floor packed all night long with all of our guests, both young and old! If anybody is wanting an outstanding DJ/Entertainment company, Keith Christopher Entertainment is the way to go!

Everyone at our wedding had nothing but positive reviews about how much they enjoyed KC as our DJ. He was extremely friendly and worked the crowd well, mixing a great selection of songs for all of the age groups. A lot of my relatives loved how low he kept the music during dinner so that it was easy to talk without yelling across the table. But when it was time to party, KC didn't disappoint!

What an amazing job from Keith Christopher for my wedding reception! He had the crowd going all night long and did a FANTASTIC job as the emcee. KC did the job himself and after the event, I had guests raving for days. At one point during the night, he had the entire wedding and all our guests join in a circle and sing Sweet Caroline! KC was/is the best DJ in all of Chicagoland!!! I have been to several weddings and he is by far the best DJ I have ever seen. I'm so glad that we choose him for our weddings. I feel the most important aspect of Keith Christopher Entertainment is the simple, yet much overlooked ability to listen to the customer. I wouldn't recommend any other DJing Service; he is the perfect fit for any occasion. Easy to deal with and interactive throughout the entire process, Keith Christopher Entertainment is second to none. I wish he provided more services or those other service providers were as thorough and competent.

Keith is a great person to work with. He gives you all the you want. He gives you suggestions of things you might not know you want or need. He makes you feel comfortable and handles any problems that might come. I have used him and have recommended for friends and family to use him and every party has been great!

I worked with Larry Brooks and he was super helpful. They discount services by a couple hundred dollars when you purchase a few. I used their uplighting and photobooth. I was happy with both my services. I gave them four stars for quality of service because the photobooth broke down for like 10 minutes. However, they resolved the issue quickly. I wasn't even aware of the problem until after the wedding.

Simply awesome, can not say anything bad about our DJ Jason. He did an outstanding job. Everyone kept commenting that he was playing awesome music, he kept the guests dancing all night.

KC was such a great DJ. He did so much to keep the crowd into the music and had such unique ideas. The whole evening flowed so well and I never felt rushed. My husband and I had our favorite baseball teams playing each other the day of the wedding and KC included the teams songs into the night without even having to tell us. It was such and amazing wedding, I could not have asked for more!

I liked the service I received from this company. They helped so much in providing song selections and even helped in finding me a bagpiper. When I emailed them, they would email me right back. They definitely made the whole process less stressful for me.

Overall, these guys did a great job. It started off a bit rocky as they were playing a different type of music during dinner than we requested as well as our last song. Which was to be played obviously at the end of the evening, they played during dinner. I realize the guests wouldnt have known this, but we did! After we spoke to KC, he had it changed right away and after that everything was great. They played all our other requested songs too and had the guests dancing all night long. The best part was when we did the hora. Everyone was really into it and KC made sure of that.

Keith Christopher did a great job at our wedding! He made sure that all our guests were having a great time and that there was always dancing going on. The only issue was our introductions; however, KC really made this up during the remainder of the evening!

Although the DJ that was at our wedding did a great job, the process before and after was a bit stressful. Everyone was very kind, but "getting things done" was a process. We definetly had to stay on top of things to make sure they got done. With that said they did however pull off great entertainment for our reception!

Before we paid Keith Christopher Entertainment Group they were very responsive and seemed professional. He had good ideas for handing "sticky" situations (divorced parents, etc). He even negotiated with us on the price. After we paid, it was tough to get in tough with them and they did not respond at all to emails. We were not thrilled with the dance music the DJ played and even more disappointed that he was getting too friendly with one of the guests.

I learned about KCE from a friend's wedding. The dj did an excellent job of keeping everyone dancing and having a good time. I used KCE for my own wedding. They had a steady flow throughout the night, and were very professional (cake cutting/first dances/etc). Their song choices appealed to young and old alike.

However, I paid extra for lighting effects which did not make an appearance at the reception. Only after contacting KCE the next day, they informed me they accidentally broke the lights, and did not want me to worry about it. Over two months later, I have not received a refund. The owner of the business does not respond to my phone calls or emails.

They are excellent sale people they made the largest packages sound amazing with picking your dj team, and custom intros we were blown away we asked to sign that day... but as soon as they get the money they disappeared until the wedding

we signed the contract that included :KCE Wedding Premier Services Two-person Dj entertainment team, Complete sound system, Customized introductions, first dance love story, custom father/daughter & mother/son dance introductions, LED Par 64 programmed lighting system, Unlimited time length (reception only), Cordless microphone for blessing, toasts, etc. Custom playlist, Wedding planning meeting and online planning tools and your choice of dj. Custom Voice Over(1) - $300.00 Ceremony Music & Sound System(1) - $300.00 Uplighting(10) - $350.00

1. It included online planning tools. We paid February 12 and in April i had not heard anything from them so i e-mailed April 24, on May 10th i got an e-mail with the log in information and site access.

2. It included picking your DJ's to fit your style event and a planning meeting. August 1 i hadn't heard from them so i e-mailed. No response, them my Mother in law got really pissed and called them a few times and finally the set up an apt 6 days before the wedding. when we got there to voice our concerns they told us that the DJs were picked for us....and this will be the planning meeting.

3. That same meeting the sprung on us that they were doing the love story recording (Adam & i talking about each other), and our messages for the father/daughter dance & mother son dance that day. No prep just we are doing it. I asked to get some time to think and they said it would sound more natural to just talk without planning... I really messed up my dad's message-so i contacted them to come in and fix it and i was told they are really busy and it would be fine. i had no clue what to say and got so nervous that i talked about Christmas in august.. ick! they did send a file for me to listen to but by this time i was so stressed by the wedding coming in a few days that i was done fighting and they stated they were too busy to redo anything anyway.

4. when it was played at the wedding no one could hear/understand the love story or our messages, we pray the videographer got it so we can hear each other and my dad and his mom can hear what we had to say. (total waste in everyone's opinion we talk to at the wedding)

5. despite entering all the info in the online planning tools and despite meeting 6 days before to clarify the introductions, there were no custom introductions done... this was a huge selling point they used to hook us and it was not even done- what a scam!

6. The second dj just sat behind the first and chatted with him, why was he necessary? we were told he would help with the grandparent introductions - never happened...

7. The blue up lighting really did nothing, it looked like a blue flashlight shining up at on point of the the ceiling it did not, engulf the room in light, as sold to us.

8. we paid for them to dj the ceremony because we had two singers and a reader that needed mic's. the reader mic was fine but how in the world can someone sing and do sign language with a hand mic and they had to hid behind the podium to use the same mic as the reader because they did not bring a wireless mic for them or for us (the bride & groom) as discussed... (thankfully the videographer had one so our vows should be in the video (i really hope!) they also were not at the rehearsal so they did see how everything was running and told my harp player she could not play when she was supposed to...she was 12 years old and a really close family member. She was so upset she practiced for a full year to be ready for this... My reverend also mentioned how she was very upset with them and their lack for professionalism....and she is very hard to upset!


very disappointed- the biggest issues was the speech that was given when we met with them was absolutely amazing, nothing we had heard before, we had so much confidence that they were the best, they painted the picture of the most amazing and different dj company we had seen.

So when they did not deliver what they promised we were more upset then we had been if they just portrayed themself's as a normal average dj that played songs. They should not have painted such a great picture at the interview and we would have been ok with all the things they messed up on...

They are very average for a dj and advertise as amazing - they were ok for and average and disappointing for an amazing dj.


Update: now that we have our video we have visual proof they did not do the grandparent introductions and personalized bridal party introductions, and how poor the uplighting looked and the love story sound was. if anyone wants to see the proof of how poor they are i don't mind sharing our video so you can see for yourself and you don't make the...

I would not recommend Keith Christopher to anyone. First, I booked with them in November, and I had not heard anything from my DJ until 2 weeks before the wedding in July. This was after a lot of phone calls, e-mails, and aggravation. Next, I spent hours and hours filling-out their online planning information. My DJ did not even follow what I had completed on their forms. He did not play over half of the songs that we had requested, and he was asking me question about the first dances during dinner. During my ceremony, the microphone was horrible and kept breaking-up. It was VERY distracting. The most shocking part of the whole evening happened after dinner. We had given the DJ a timeline for the evening, and it was getting close to the time for our first dances to start. I sent my sister to find the DJ to start our first dances. I knew something was VERY wrong when she returned without the DJ. This is because the DJ LEFT OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!!!!! He LEFT to help another DJ who was having “technical” difficulties at another location somewhere. He left a helper in charge who COULD NOT even run the boards. My wedding planner had to run the boards (she didn’t have any experience with this either). We think the DJ was gone for at least 30 minutes, but probably longer. We don’t know for sure, because he did NOT tell anyone he was leaving!!!!! I hope this review will make your decision a little easier!
