The Library Bistro

Chef Tiffany at the Alexis' Library Bistro did an amazing job preparing wonderful food for our wedding guests! I have dietary restrictions (I can't eat dairy), and we had some other guests with food allergies. She prepared an amazing vegan risotto for me (and about 15 of my guests who chose this option!), and prepared a special kid's meal for a little girl with allergies.Working with Chef Tiffany prior to the wedding was such a great experience. She met with us during our tasting to ensure that we loved everything. She also prepared two vegan risottos for me to choose from. Both were amazing! (You know it's good when the meat-eating wisconsinite groom even liked it!)The food served at our wedding was as good as it was at the tasting. It was beautifully presented, and fresh and delicious. All of our guests are still commenting on how fantastic it was! People split their plates to share at the tables so they could all taste the options!Chef Tiffany even remembered that my now-husband loved the potatoes at the tasting and gave him a special side dish to go with his Salmon.I am absolutely convinced that the Alexis is the best value for your money for a wedding in Seattle. With amazing food and great attention to detail for wedding coordination, you just can't do better! (Trust me, we checked out all of our options!)
