I recently had a beautiful winter wedding at MSLR. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a better day. The staff was great and the food was amazing. Alisha did a wonderful job putting everything together. Our guests keep telling us they had an amazing time!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Lodge at Mountain Spring Lakes! It was absolutely perfect! It was a beautiful setting. We loved that everything was included. The package for the reception included the venue, the cake, alcohol, cocktail hour and even a cabin for us to stay on the property that evening. Many other places that we looked at did not include everything, so at first the price sounds good, but when you add everything up, it gets to be quite expensive! We also held our ceremony outside on site, which include the use of their "day spa" which aloud us to get our hair and makeup done right on site, which was a great time saver! Cindy was our planner and was great to work with. We had meetings with her through out the process to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Another thing I loved about this facility is that they set everything up and cleaned up, so one less thing to worry about. The food was great too, you are able to go to a tasting (they hold one twice a year) to determine your choices, but I think everything we had was excellent, and so did our guest. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our wedding at Mountain Springs Lake last weekend and can't stop thinking about what a magical day it was. From the first time we visited the resort we knew it was where we wanted to be, and didn't want to leave with every subsequent visit. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and The Lodge is sophisticated and serene. Alisha was our wedding coordinator and she was helpful and patient through the planning process. She was invaluable on the big day as we had to make several last-minute modifications due to our "lucky" weather and was completely accommodating and unflappable the whole time. The entire staff was gracious and the food was out of this world! Our guests continue to rave about it and couldn't say enough wonderful things about MSL. Neither could we. I would have my wedding there 10 times over.

Could not be more in love with this wedding venue! It was exactly what we were looking for. They did such a beautiful job for our June wedding and Cindy, our wedding coordinator was such a pleasure to work with. The food and service was amazing! we are still getting compliments from our guests. I would highly recommend this vendor to any engaged couples looking for a beautiful and elegant outdoor ceremony. Our guests were treated like royalty and the staff had made the process so easy for us from the moment we booked all the way up to our wedding day.

This is by far the best place to get married in the Poconos. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. The food is top notch and the service is amazing. Alisha was our event planner and we can not say enough great things about her. All of our guests truly had a wonderful time.

The Lodge was a gorgeous place to have our wedding. The services was great, the food was delicious, and everyone was so very kind and sweet to work with. To have both your ceremony and reception all in one place was great. They also provide you with a complimentary honeymoon cottage to stay the night, which was very cozy and beautiful. It's the perfect end to a beautiful day. It's just so very pretty there year round day and night.

The staff made the stress of planning a wedding much easier to handle. They were so helpful and responsive to our needs and wants. They really made our wedding night the best night of our life!

I had a gorgeous wedding reception at Mountain Springs. The wedding coordinator ensured that I had the most perfect day and was very repsonsive with e-mails and phone calls. She thought of everything! The service and food were amazing. I had people telling me for months how much they enjoyed our wedding. For people considering an elegant wedding in the Poconos you should definitely make a trip to visit this venue.

We had an outdoor Hindu wedding & reception at mt. springs. People are still talking about how amazing our wedding was! I couldn't have been happier with our venue choice. Our coordinator, Alisha, was so great at organizing everything, as we planned it in under 3 months! She was always on her game and anytime I had to ask her a question, she would promptly reply, I never felt like I had to chase her for anything, and she was always available via phone or e-mail. The food at the reception was outstanding and to this day, we still have family and friends complimenting us on it. We chose to have the cocktail reception and it was great. The ambiance and natural setting of mountain springs was exactly what we wanted. This is one of the best places in the area to get married, love the fact that only ONE wedding occurs at a time, and we never felt rushed during any of our coordinator meetings. I had the most perfect wedding day and I owe it all to them.

Mountain Springs was perfect for our wedding! The ceremony by the lake was absolutely stunning, and provided enough shade for our guests on a hot July day! The backdrop of the red barn in the background made the pictures spectacular. The staff, especially Robin and Alisha, were fabulous to work with. They worked around our crazy schedules and accommodated us our every whim. If you are getting married in the Poconos, Mountain Springs is the perfect choice for you. I can't tell you how many compliments I had from guests that our wedding was the most beautiful they had seen. It is the perfect location for the bride that wants to be pampered. Alisha thought of everything and took care of it all! In 50 years, we're hoping to renew our vows at Mountain Springs. :-)

The event coordinators are excellent in ensuring that everything goes smoothly and taking care of the little things that you forget to mention. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!

My wedding at Mountain Springs Lake turned out even better than I could have imagined! The coordinator, Alisha, answered my litany of questions, was responsive and thoughtful, and took care of all the details the day of - leaving my husband and I free to enjoy the day! The food was amazing and the chef Robin was full of innovative ideas that reflected our personal taste - like french toast with Vermont maple syrup (where my husband is from) and mini Philly cheese steaks (where I am from). The day was amazing...and I couldn't have been happier with the beautiful location, the friendly and dynamic staff, and the inviting setting of the venue.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service and food provided by this venue. The building and grounds are beautiful.

My daughter's wedding was the first in the family, and though we have planned many big parties through the years, I didn't realize how emotional wedding planning could be. But the staff at the MSL were wonderful, calming and informative. Our family and many of our guests stayed at the lodges which made the whole weekend so enjoyable. Even now, more than a year later, people will tell me it was the best wedding they ever attended.

Beautiful location for wedding and reception, excellent food, and friendly, flexible, knowledgable wedding planner. I wanted the reassurance of an indoor facility for the reception in case of inclement weather, and I couldn't have asked for a better reception site-- the full glass windows gave you the sense of still being outside. The food was delicious, and we continue to get compliments on the quality of the food, appetizers, and champagne a year later!! The wedding cake was also delicious; we ate our topper early b/c we didn't want to take the chance that it would get freezer burn. The only draw back is that should it have rained, the back-up indoor accommodations for the wedding ceremony are less than optimal. Luckily our weather was gorgeous. just something to be aware of; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for anyone's wedding.

We worked with Alisha and she was terrific. She was very prompt and she really made it feel like we were planning our wedding with a good friend instead of a fake nice coordinator. Ben was great to take us on a tour of the cabins and beaches and playgrounds on the property. The facility itself was probably the nicest (and cleanest) that we toured of all the venues we looked at. It was so convenient to have a spa right next to the lodge so I didn't have to leave the property at all the day of the wedding. And the food was AMAZING!!!! Our guests are STILL talking about it. Our wedding weekend ended up being a huge family reunion and the cabins and beaches on the lake were perfect for a barbecue. I really can't say enough in praise of this place and the wonderful people working there.

There are two things I would reccomend. 1. Ask to have whatever dinner you dont finish wrapped up so you can have something to eat at the end of the night. You will constantly be running to say hi to this person and that person and will not have a moment to eat, so wrap it up! 2.The cake cutting was done facing the window, noone was able to watch cause our backs were to them, so either pull the cake out to the center of the floor, or stand on the other side. Other than that EVERYTHING was great. My guests loved everything about the Lodge. The food, the scenery, the staf, all is WONDERFUL!!!!

MSLR was the first venue we visited, then looked at three others in the Lehigh Valley area. Easy decision and we made the decision in the dead of winter for a summer wedding. The grounds are beautiful, outdoor ceremony area is peaceful and inviting. They allow photos throughout the resort so head up before the big day to scope out the grounds. Get your pictures taken before the ceremony; you don't want to miss out on the cocktail hour! Alisha was awesome from our pre-decision consultation until we sadly said goodnight after the party ended. We had a relatively small affair and MSLR was very flexible in making it work for us. The food is superb, many rave reviews from our guests. Wish they had a full time restaurant! Make sure you go to the tasting event. Everything ran very smoothly, staff is friendly. The honeymoon cottage is nice. Our only complaint is the cottage was extremely humid so hopefully the air conditioning has long since been fixed! Don't be afraid to ask for special requests or alternatives. From our experience they'll do the best they can to accomodate.

MSL was an amazing venue for our wedding. It was a weekend getaway versus just a wedding that lasted one night. We had a beautiful ceremony by the pond, and the reception was just perfect. The staff was there to help my husband and I with anything. The food was delicious and the drinks high-end. Our signature drink, a lemon drop martini, is still being talked about by our family and friends. If only I could find one that compares... I am still on a search a year and a half later! The wedding cake was so good (yes, just their standard cake)... even a year later frozen. I would recommend MSL for a wedding venue to anyone. As a person who always wanted to get married at the beach, I never regretted getting married in the mountains thanks to Mountain Spring Lake.

The food and service provided by MSL was wonderful. Everyone who attended our wedding was impressed with everything they did. The facility was decorated beautifully. We were so happy with how everything turned out and couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Loved the venue and service was amazing! The day went smoothly and without a hitch. Food was nothing short of ammmazzing!!! Cindy was great with everything also helps to have great vendors DJ- DTM Production kept the party going right till the end, great energy, up to date music, and played all of our requests! Imaginations florists most beautiful flowers that lasted forever and my reception area was amazing, it was all set up before I got there and not a petal out of place! Definatly a memorable event!!!

As the bride's mother, I would highly recommend the Lodge at Mountain Springs. This vendor was an out of town site for our daughter's wedding. The setting is beautiful. The outdoor wedding site is next to a pond and also next to the reception site.
The surrounding area is wooded.

The reception area is lovely. Guests are surrounded by windows on 3 sides, looking out over the water and the wedding site.
In the event of inclement weather the ceremony is held inside the reception site and the view of the outdoor wedding site is still present. The tables and chairs are wooden and very attractive. This site cannot hold over 200 guests. I would recommend using the extended dance floor. You can choose the time of your event, since there is only 1 event a day. You are not locked into certain time frames by the venue. The bride and her attendants are provided with a separate building next to the reception area to dress and to have hair and make-up done if they choose. The groom and his groomsmen have a separate are upstairs in the reception site. There is a patio area adjacent to the wedding site for the cocktail hour.

The food and service were excellent. Our guests raved about the reception due to location, excellent food and service. The event planner at the lodge was consistently available by email or phone to answer our questions and provide any information we requested. She was a pleasure to work with as were all of the staff. During the reception when I commented on not seeing a type of cheese we had at the tasting the staff added that cheese to the table; they did this without my asking them to do it. This is just one example of the excellent service.

The BEST place for a wedding! Service, food, staff...all top notch!

The place is beautiful. The pictures on the internet do not do the place justice. They were extremely nice and helpful. Felt like a family helping rather then strangers. My entire family and friends loved the place and so do my husband and I. The honeymoon suite we stood in was beautiful and right by the lake. I will definitely want to do a vacation there.

Our reception at Mountain Springs Lake Resort was the best part of our wedding! Planning was so easy and laid back. They were great to work with and it was everything we could have asked for. There was nothing we would have changed, everything was perfect! 2 years later, our guests are still talking about how great the food was and have even been looking to find cheese as good as that on the cheese table! Such a natural, pretty setting with amazing people to work with made our day unforgettable!

This was the first venue that I visited in the Poconos and I fell in love with it. I went to 8 others after it and could not get MSL out of my mind. The grounds consist of a beautiful natural setting with cabins, a lake, row boats and a gorgeous lodge. The main room (the lodge) for the reception almost made you feel as though you were still outdoors... there were windows surrounding 3 sides of the room that overlooked a small lake. The food was also amazing and my guests are still raving about the mini cheesesteak appetizers that were served on a bed of small french fries and with a mini microbrew, just adorable and delicious too! The menu was gourmet quality and did not disappoint. I am so glad that I chose this venue and my guests are still talking about my wedding from 6 months ago!

Our wedding event planner, Alisha was FANTASTIC! She was so responsive to our every need and wish for our wedding day. Everything was great..the food, the location, the decor, it was perfect!!

We had a wonderful wedding at The Lodge! Initially we worked with a coordinator that was not very responsive but then Alisha took over and she was great! Especially during the events, she had everything under control and everything ran very smoothly. The entire staff during the weekend was so friendly and accommodating. And our food was amazing! The food we had at the tasting was fine but a different chef did our wedding meals and they were delicious. People still tell us that ours was the best wedding food they have ever had.

The only really item that was a bit difficult was lodging. We wanted all of our guests to stay at the resort. The resort had never booked some many cabins at once so were not quite prepared to handle our request. We eventually made it all work out and every guest was able to stay at the resort. If future brides/groom/etc want their guest to be able to stay at the resort, I would recommend reserving cabins as early as possible. And ultimately, I think it would be helpful if the resort had policies that would make reserving cabins for guests easier.

Overall, we could not have been happier with our wedding weekend!

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. They really worked with us on the ceremony location and was so helpful with the rehearsal and day-of. Kara was my event planner and she was awesome (ps. she also sings). It was perfect and they just made improvements to the landscaping.

This is a lovely, secluded jewel. Everything about Mountain Springs Lake is wonderful, but most special is that you are there without any other guests - it's all yours! If you love great food, a beautiful location and lots of country charm with elegance, MSL is fantastic. I always enjoy officiating there!

The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake Resort hosts elegant celebrations in a tremendously beautiful setting. Their lake provides an excellent background for photographs, as well as a wonderful place for guests to relax during their downtime. They have plenty of cabins making it a perfect destination.

One of my absolute favorite venues! Staff is amazing. Service and food are always consistently excellent. Photographically, it presents endless unique looks both in nature and architecture - throw in the different seasonal looks and it is truly one of the premier locations available.

I have officiated many ceremonies at the Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake. There is so much to love here... where to begin? One thing I think is very special is that when you have your wedding at MSL you are the ONLY wedding there. The ceremony site is lovely and the reception site fantastic as well. Although as a celebrant I don't get involved in the reception part of it, I can honestly attest to the high quality and of their food.
It is always a pleasure to be at MSL. It is truly an kind of undiscovered jewel!
