Memphis Zoo and Aquarium

AMAZING wedding reception at the grand teton trek exhibit! they were very easy to work with and took care of everything. the venue is different from a ballroom and was perfect for us. i couldnt have asked for a better reception!

Easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. Wedding planner was helpful in working with the Zoo. One of the most gorgeous places to have a wedding. I have some of the best pictures!

I still don’t know where or why my fiancé got the idea to have the wedding reception at the Memphis zoo. I would say that it is one of the most beautiful places, and that in the end it made sense. As soon as I saw the China Theater I knew that this was the place I wanted to get married in. It was just so different from anything we had seen, and it was the perfect size for the number of people we wanted at our wedding. We juggled our wedding dates so that we match a time and a day where the China Theater was available. And we were very lucky that the weather stayed good for our ceremony.

We held our reception in the Cat House Cafe.The whole venue is really great looking and accommodated our whole party.The location and service from the zoo makes this a must for any wedding.

The zoo was fabulous! The area I rented was beautiful and they did the setup beautifully. I was very happy with my decision to book the zoo for my reception. They were professional and hassle-free.

My evening wedding at the Memphis Zoo was held in the Panda House and I could not have asked for a more wonderful wedding!!

This is a VERY unique place to get married. They have all kinds of different packages which include indoor and outdoor setups. I got married next to the fountain and obleisk at the main gate and held my reception in the Cathouse Cafe, which is a Backyard Burgers by day. There are some exhibits which can be rented and kept open after hours.
